I love this laptop. It’s our second one as I gave the first to my son. Super easy to use. I love the layout of the buttons with the power button on top and no longer on the size. I also love that I can turn the camera off with a button on top as well. My previous laptop has an off switch on the side so I had to pick it up to make sure the camera was off when the kids were using it. Kind of a hassle when a child is watching a movie or doing homework. My only complaint is that the fan will occasionally gets a bit loud for a few minutes and then slows back down.

Perfect laptop! My wife is working on her Doctorate and she loves this laptop It is very fast and she is able to use Windows Office and work on her e-commerce website at the same time. I got this from Best Buy for $699 before Black Friday. Noticed this laptop is now $879. Wow! What a great deal.

Bought this baby for school. I’ve had a Mac and a Dell and this by far is the best. Fast, easy to use, 2 in 1, touch screen...it’s incredibly capable. There’s nothing I don’t like about it. And it was on sale, winning!

Very fast, smooth and great feel on the touch screen. The only downfall is the battery runs low sooner than I would like.

I got this laptop for my dad because every computer he has bought over the years, he has ended up hating. Both my parents finally decided to let me pick computers for them, and have been super happy since. I have the x360 spectre, and the Envy is a lower model in the x360 line. But it does plenty for what my dad needs it for, and he's really happy with the performance even two years later.

Excellent laptop! I was looking to replace my 15" Samsung with something smaller and more portable that had comparable speed and performance. This certainly fit the bill. It is incredibly lightweight and sleek, but feels sturdy and well-built. Solid performance, beautiful display, and a battery life that is remarkable. Feels much higher-end than the price tag would suggest. Very, very happy with my purchase.

We had planned to purchase a MacBook but weren’t ready to spend that money. This was our second choice and couldn’t be more satisfied. This is used for personal web searching and a business account and it is perfect. Touch screen is a neat perk as are the keys that light up. Vibrant colors on screen are attractive. The set up details made it very easy to get started. Great purchase!

Nice laptop! Perfect size for school and great price!

I ordered this laptop on Best Buy's website and picked it up at the store. The laptop arrived earlier than the scheduled date which was nice. Best Buy transferred all of my files, pictures, etc. from the old computer to the new one which made the transition very easy for me. Best Buy also installed Microsoft 365 (which I purchased with the computer). Again, this made the initial setup very convenient for me. My experience with the HP Envy has been good. The i5 processor is fast enough for my needs. The backlit keyboard is a nice feature and the display is very good. The laptop is approximately 1.5 to 2 lbs. lighter than my old laptop which is nice when traveling with it. So far, battery life is good. I am still undecided on Microsoft 365. I'm not sure I gained much over Windows 10. I am still learning some of the new features and may change my opinion with more use and familiarity. All in all, I am pleased with this purchase

Best laptop I’ve ever owned. Absolutely love the screen resolution and the speed. The 360 hinge and touchscreen is a huge plus. Love everything about this computer. If you can buy it, buy it. I owned a Dell before this that completely stopped working after a few months and the change has been awesome! Bought an open-box model and it works perfectly

Why did I wait so long?...To find the perfect laptop for me! My last laptop purchase was over ten years ago. It went to recycle in late Spring and I have been deliberating about whether to get a tablet or laptop to replace it since then. I finally came upon this beauty and so far the transition has been effortless. Geek Squad Total Tech helped solve a Microsoft issue early on. After that it has been smooth sailing. I'm not too computer savvy even though I've used one since the mid '80's. I'm retired now so I just need to keep some spreadsheets, docs, photos, and pdfs. Nothing complicated. I wish it had just one more USB port but I bought an adapter for the USBc, so all is well. This machine is quiet, has a lovely keyboard, is a 2 in 1 and a large screen. It is light weight, responds well to easy touch, and the screen is crystal clear. I'm so happy with my purchase. I like to think that I will be using this one too for probably another ten years.

Had to buy this computer for online college. Pros: big screen, fast when researching online, touchscreen Cons: only one USB, battery doesn’t last as long as other computers, very pricey, pretty heavy for a laptop in my opinion, saving files and what not is pretty confusing and hard to navigate if you have Microsoft through your school since the computer wants you to buy Microsoft every time you try to save a file.

this computer is super easy to use. I love the touch screen capability. It has a beautiful screen with a picture worth a thousands words! The ability to switch it to a tablet to use is amazing as well. I also am amazed at the speed it has when looking up items or just turning it on. Overall, I would recommend this computer to anyone.

Purchased in 2020. Left hinge broke, display de-attached. Laptop was not dropped or mishandled.

Purchased to replace an older model without a touch screen. Fast, easy touch, love the touch screen and the speed. Lighted keys are also a PLUS. Added security with fingerprint recognition. Battery life is much better than other laptops I have used. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase. L:

Absolutely LOVED this laptop! It was everything I have ever needed for both work and my schooling - I lost it on a flight in June of 2022 and have missed this laptop - I bought another HP laptop, but it was not this one! If HP brought this laptop back I would be over the moon!

Great portability, great screen, amazing speakers and really good battery life, perfect companion with Xbox Game Pass, I love the backlit keyboard as well. I don't care much for the webcam yet but I do love the screenshot hotkey and I have all the ports I need.

Great laptop, runs pretty much anything you’d want.

I am a full time student, and really enjoy using this laptop for school. It’s super convenient for me because it has a touch screen and I can also log in by just using my fingers print. I also like the long battery life. I do my school work for hours at a time, and the laptop has not died or ran out of battery on me yet. The reason why I have it a 4 star instead of 5 is because tonight it was giving me some problems. I was using Adobe acrobat reader and I was editing a pdf and it was glitching and saying it was an internal problem. That’s is my only complaint so far. Thankfully, it ended up working on its own again, but I have only had this laptop for 2 weeks and that malfunction happend.
