I decided that it was time to replace my 21 year-old Dell Inspiron Laptop; I could not fit any security programs into the device, so I only used it to store pictures. I purchased a new HP - x360 2-in-1 15.6" Touch Screen Laptop about 3 weeks ago. My wife also purchased the same model to replace her 2009 Toshiba laptop. We are both pleased with our purchases. The units are light-weight, easy to set up, much faster than our old laptops, and have much greater storage capacity.

A fine machine! Fast, lighted keyboard (For my failing eye sight), the convenience for this old guy is literally a God send. Thank you for such a fine product.

The HP ENVY 360 I bought for a bargain works unbelievably well. Have blown up storage space with games and lots of programs. Runs blazing fast even with the i5 intel processor. Have used 75 percent of the storage space and still as fast as when new. A friend's $3,000 gaming computer was slower to download a giant game download. I think the solid state drive verses the old hard drive makes a huge difference. Not a tech guy, but this laptop is great. Like the lighted keyboard too. Can turn off and on with the push of a button on the keyboard. Meets all my needs. Highly recommend.

I'm SO happy with my purchase! My laptop is easy to use, fast, and it's pretty too! I have all the additional things I need-- mouse, pad, etc. so I'm all set!

Easy to operate. Speed wonderful. Getting use to using touch screen verses touchpad or mouse.It is very light in weight. Wish it had one more USB outlet,

I bought my laptop about a month ago! So far everything is perfect with it! Easy to set up to my phone and as well as my Tablet and Printer. Haven't had any issues whatsoever! I was gonna buy the smaller laptop but, went with this one. I'm so glad I did, not hard on the eyes. I was gonna buy it at Walmart so much cheaper but, BestBuy has so much more to offer if anything goes wrong with it! They'll let you drop it off, and they'll fix whatever is wrong with it. I recommend this laptop to anyone, who is needing a good product.

Really LOVE LOVE LOVE this laptop! It's everything as advertised - touch screen, backlit keyboard, great sound/video for all those Zoom meetings, really fast processing, looks and feels like a machine that costs 3x as much (yeah, looking at you, Mac!) Best part was the migration from my old HP laptop to this one...the recommended software works like a charm! Set up the transfer overnight...woke up to all my files, settings, etc working like a charm on the new machine. This was an open box special deal - thank you Geek Squad! Best Buy really is the Best!

I love my new laptop!!! Once again, HP pulls through AGAIN with another great product! AND, I GOT A GREAT SALES PRICE!!! I waited for a couple of years to replace my old laptop and cannot believe the difference! The HP ENVY x360 is amazingly fast! It's great for road trips -- extremely light and easy to transport. I also use it a lot in my office as a supplement to other computers as it does not take up much space and makes it easy transfer documents to take with on appointments. A great investment!

Very pleased with this computer! Needed a new computer after having my MacBook for 10 years - it still works, but was time for an upgrade. This computer met all the requirements I was looking for: larger screen, touchscreen, backlit keyboard, responsive keyboard, decent battery life, privacy switch for camera. So far, it is performing well and I have had no issues. Loads programs fast, and was a great deal! Would highly recommend to those who may want an upgrade, but don't want to spend an arm and a leg on a new device.

Love the touch screen, it's look and it's fast. Definetly glad I chose this one over others. Thinking of purchasing another for work.

This laptop is light weight and very easy to use. Only downside is there is only one USB port. Additional USB ports would be desirable.

Great computer for the sale price (but even full price isn't bad). Speed, screen, noise level are all a plus. This is a good choice.

Bought this for school work and so far its amazing! The screen has nice color and clear images. It's really fast and I've been able to have multiple programs open without any issues.

Ok i could make this long but lets nitty gritty. Fast, looks great, solid battery life, tablet swap is pretty seamless, keys are nice to the touch with just a little click. Had a problem with a frame of my screen being out. I spoke with them and they took it back, repaired it, and sent it back. Very solid customer service from manufacturer. They offered a replacement while this one was being fixed. Well i made it long. Basically its expensive but worth it

This laptop is extremely fast. I love the touch screen. It does everything I need and more. Would definitely recommend.
