The staff in the Best Buy computer department was so helpful in finding the perfect computer for my daughter who was doing virtual high school. Because they knew I was at a price point as well, they knew how to help me get the best computer for my money. The computer has a touch screaming and many other features that made it easier for her to navigate and use this particular model for school.

I like this laptop, it's much faster than my old one, and I am still trying to learn about it. One feature I love is the Phone Companion! I can read emails, texts, Messenger and know who is calling me via this feature. (I may be able to talk into the computer on the phone but haven't done that yet.) I have access to customer support and will do that soon. Overall, I am quite pleased with my purchase.

New laptop. It is faster than the one it replaced. As usual going to a new or updated system will take some time. The laptop is silver in color and the keys are marked in a dark gray - for older eyes more color contrast would be helpful. Has new photo and music programs (groove music & photos) that will take some time to work through. Photo Gallery and Media Player do not load over real well.

I very much like the style of this laptop. It serves both as a conventional screen with keyboard but can also be used like a tablet. Screen is large enough to enjoy a movie on or set up a spreadsheet. It was fairly easy to get up and running. Great video and audio capability. I needed a new laptop in a pinch as my old one crashed. Got this and met all of our class and meeting deadlines.

HP Envy computer has a large enough screen yet is a light weight. I am finding it easy to use with Microsoft Programs. Video and sound is clear. I rarely use the touch screen, but I like knowing I have access to that if I want it. It has 5g capability. I thought it was a good value for the quality product.

Touchscreen, foldable, fast, and great image. It is a great 2-1 laptop!!

Performance is excellent. Just having some adjustment with the pad, but because I am used to work with MacBook. But all in all, this laptop has great features.

great product fast good for multitasking pretty good battery life only downside is that i5 computers don't get full zoom room wondows you need an i7 or higher for that but zoom is still pretty good on this version, just not prefect and complete

Easy to use for a first timer on a Laptop! Window open Fast !

It's a great laptop; a little heavier than I'd like but the lighter-weighted ones all had screens that were too small (or were way out of my price range). I love that it's a touch screen! The bottom of it gets quite warm, something I didn't expect from a new laptop (my old HP did that but it's from 2009 so I thought that would have been alleviated by now).
