I like the computer, but there are a few things that are different from my desk top and I'd like to get answers to those questions. However, I will not go through the Geek Squad number because it won't let me talk to anyone locally. I had to go through that process previously and hope I never have to do that again. I couldn't understand the person I was talking to and I was so frustrated I just took my computer back to the store and got my answers.

Lots of features for the price! I like that the camera can be blocked with a switch on the unit. The screen size is perfect and the touch screen is very responsive.

Not quite set up--may need Geek Squad help. So far, I really like my new computer. I have been able to find some solutions to help me in my learning curve. Some terminology is new to me. The more I learn about my HP-Envy, the better I will be able to give a review. I am feeling right now that my choice in Windows is so much better than the Chromebook I had. I have not been able to use my mouse and continue to look for a solution.

Love this laptop for so many reasons including the touch screen! It's a bit heavy and the backlit keyboard needs to be brighter or a different color. It just isn't nearly as good as the keyboard my Dell laptop had. But, overall it is a great laptop and I haven't had any problems with it in the time I have had it.

I love this laptop. The keyboard is regular sized and really easy to type on. I love how you can convert it into a huge tablet and the touchscreen is a nice feature. I love how you can unlock it with your thumbprint with a sensor in place of the right "ctrl" key. It's very responsive and i've had no problems at all with it. It's definitely not a gaming laptop, but it's definitely worth the price and it's nice to have a larger laptop instead of trying to type on a small keyboard. It can go from being completely turned off to watching a 4k YouTube video in 24 seconds. That's insane. I'm 31 and remember when computers took 5-10 minutes to boot up. It detects my bluetooth devices easily and I've even been using Microsoft Edge instead of Firefox or Internet Explorer and i've enjoyed it. It looks really nice and the Bang & Olufsen speakers are a nice touch. Definitely worth the money!

Purchased to enable an employee to work from home. Was very easy to set up. They had no problems with it. Is an idea laptop for the price, Best Buy even did a price match when I noticed it was on sale a few days later. They are a great company to do business it’s.

The HP Envy Touch-Screen 2-in-1 Laptop met all of my needs and expectations. I love the touch screen when I do not feel like using the keyboard and this laptop works great in the kitchen when I need to access a recipe. I just flip over the keyboard and use it to prop up the screen for ease when cooking.

The best value for your money. This thing is amazing. Metal, backlit keyboard. Foldable. Touchscreen. The screen is super nice at 1080p. It's a glossy finish. Speakers are a little low, but overall can't complain. Does not charge via USB type c..it uses a barrel charger. Only downside.

I love this computer so I'm torn right now because I am so close to returning it solely because the battery life IS HORRIBLE. I literally only use to to type up papers or study PowerPoint slides and every single time the batter goes from 99% to 25% in about 2 hours. I never have more than one application open at a time, and I keep the brightness the lowest possible to save battery life. I am so upset about this because it is not always possible to have the power cord with me and have it plugged in everywhere I go. Can someone please tell me if this is this computer or if I just got a defective one? My friend has the same laptop and she said her battery life is horrible as well. Thinking of returning this and switching to a Lenovo.
