This was purchased for my oldest daughter, she absolutely loves it. Currently she is mostly playing games on it but when school starts again this will be her main computer (laptop). It’s lightweight and very easy to use. The one touch (finger touch) to turn on its awesome, touch screen is wonderful and no fingerprint (smears) is just what is needed. The screen display is very clear, sharp and bright. So far so good, no problems. This purchase was made in June 2021.

I have used this laptop for the past two years for college and I can say it has been the best laptop I have used in my life. I enjoy the touch screen and the fast processing speed of the laptop. It is light-weight and great to use for watching shows or movies on streaming services

Use it for work! Absolutely love it. Have had it for 2 years with no issues at all. Battery life has maintained fairly well!

Totally worth the investment. I've never spent more than a few hundred on a laptop but took a leap and purchased this HP Envy after reviewing my options with a store employee. I'm a nursing student and my nearly 10 year old HP Pavillion has seen its best days-how I still love love love that computer but it was time. What a major improvement. Super super speed for operating, sound quality is really loud ,and serious battery life. I'm so used to having to keep my laptop plugged into an outlet to stay charged- this goes for hours without needing anything! Beautiful imaging and obvious quality. I feel like a boss with this for real! My only complaint is I really wanted a number key pad but I guess most laptops don't have them or disc drives anymore.

So far so good. I know I don’t use it to its full potential, but I really wanted a machine that was compatible with my HP Thunderbolt 3 docking station. To my surprise, I can use all three screens plus my laptop screen, so 4 in total. It stays docked, so the battery life is not an issue. The display is beautiful, and the speed is great. I thought about getting the i9 over the i5, but for what I use it for it is not necessary. This is the first big laptop purchase I have made, every other one has been a throw away (less than $200). So far, no regrets

Wow, I love this new laptop! From the sleek silver case to the lighted keyboard, touch screen, and it was especially easy to set up! The fingerprint scanner is a nice touch. Bought this to use as a personal laptop at home. Super fast for e-mail, online shopping, viewing and sending photos, and other light-duty personal use. I do not want a laptop with a numerical keypad, and this one was well-priced and has all the features I was seeking.

This is the best laptop I've ever had, and I've had a few. Fast and reliable. The battery lasts for hours and it charges fast.

Im not a laptop savy, but this one has help me with everything i need for school work i appreciate the touch screen a lot.

These HP Envy touch screen units are fast, nice to ise and have a sharp color screen. Very light weight too. I've bought 5 now for our company. Everyone loves them. Only 1 had an issue and it was mine. Sound died. External speakers worked, but onboard sound dead. HP overnighted me shipping materials, easy to follow instructions and prepaid shipping. They got it the nextt day and fixed it same day andd sent it back. I got it the following day. Nice customer service.

I love the touch screen and upgrades from my other computers. The set up and installation of the programs was easy. I’m not very computer savvy but I was able to install and set up the computer with out assistance. The computer has several trillion versions of programs to include virus protection and a word processing trial. The Microsoft windows internet program is limiting and I installed Google. The computer is a major upgrade for me and the large screen is great.

The laptop's Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB of memory, and 256GB SSD continue to impress with their ability to handle multitasking and everyday computing tasks efficiently. The 2-in-1 design, allowing for a seamless transition between laptop and tablet modes, has proven to be a valuable feature. The 15.6" touch-screen display remains vibrant and sharp, contributing to an enhanced user experience, and the laptop's build quality retains its premium feel even after a year of use. However, over time, I've noticed some inconsistencies in the touchpad's responsiveness, requiring occasional extra taps or swipes to register commands accurately. Similarly, the touchscreen occasionally experiences a slight delay, impacting the fluidity of touch interactions. While these quirks have not significantly hindered my day-to-day usage, they remain notable aspects that slightly detract from the otherwise smooth performance of the HP ENVY x360 2-in-1. Despite these minor issues, the laptop has continued to serve me well, providing ample power for a range of computing tasks in a versatile and portable design.

Nice computer... I really only use it for managing my pictures, work projects and video/zoom meetings. I have a techy teenage son so he set it up for me very quickly with no problems. Pretty lightweight, sleek looking & has great picture quality. Touch screen is a plus. I am a little old fashioned, so one thing I wished it had was a built in CD-RW drive... but I couldn't find anything good that had one. This was the next best thing for me. I can always buy an external drive if I need it in the future. So far so good though, I like it!

This laptop is lightweight and fills my needs perfectly. I love the touchscreen because all of my other devices, ah home and work have this feature. My old Lenovo did not. The transition to this device has been seamless and I recommend it to anyone looking for a great laptop that is an upgrade from a basic computer and would like a touchscreen. The Bang and Olufsen speakers sound great.

I like this laptop a lot it’s exactly what I needed. My last one was just getting old and slow and I needed something better. I run a small lawn care business and this is plenty fast to run quickbooks, internet, and spotify at the same time. Streams are also all super fast even wifi. The flip touch screen is a great feature too. No ethernet port on this device though if you require one.

it's super cute, light weight, so far it works great for me.

My son uses for his virtual class. We got it on sale month ago. Great deal. Love the feature with 2 in 1. Working great so far. Run very fast. Very light. Love the vivid screen color. Touch screen works well. My son can draw on it. Bestbuy and HP are both trusted brand.

Great laptop. Long battery life and loads of features.

The laptop is very fast and efficient. Touch screen is pretty good too. I do mostly lighter tasks but I purchased this because of the build quality and specs. It's sure to last me a few years, or until I want something else. My only gripe is I wish for the screen hinge to be a little stiffer.
