I've had this laptop for a little over 2 years now. The only problem I've had with it is that every once in a blue moon, the command prompt box will randomly pop up on my screen. Which I noticed with the previous HP convertible 2-in-1 I had as well. So maybe it's a trend with these types of computers. Overall I've been happy with it, it still works nicely

LOVE this laptop. Super fast, beautiful display. It's a workhorse and can easily handle several applications at the same time with very little loss of speed. The touchscreen makes everything so much faster as well. The tablet function is an incredible bonus!

I remember when I first bought this just like yesterday. It’s been almost four years now and I think it’s worth giving credit to the manufacturer’s the brands in expectation of even better quality yet in the near future.

This one is super sleak, I love it! My previous HP died of old age one night, he was huffing and puffing and getting slow, electronics dont live forever. I looked online to research what was out there for a replacment and this one caught my eye. The specs were good for something basic as well as the sale price of $730 was what I was willing to pay. Went into the store, looked at this and made a quick decision. No regrets. It has features I dont need like the 360 capability and the touch screen (which can be turned off). I love thats its lightweight, the sounds system and screen are quality, oh and barely makes a sound when its on! Highy reccomend!!!

Perfect replacement for my bulky, heavyweight 17” HP laptop. Fast processing, vibrant colors, energy efficient and touch screen option. Highly recommend.

Really enjoy this laptop The Geek Squad really made the transition from one laptop to other another very easy they were patient with me and very kind the old-fashioned customer service you don't get too often. I love the big 15in screen I just love my HP laptop

My laptop failed, after 10 years of use. Though I was happy with my Toshiba Laptop, I was ready for a different brand. I have several HP printers and was ready to try one of the Laptop Computers they were making. The laptop is in the same series as one of my printers; an HP Envy. I wish it had a larger Hard Drive, But it was easy to set up and is running fine. I also wish it had an internal CD/DVD drive, so I purchased an external drive and a USB port expander. So far, the HP Envy is meeting all the jobs I have to do.

Bought this for my son to take to lineman school. I only ever buy HP. Great laptop!! Love the touch screen. Quick processor. Super easy setup. Would highly recommend.

The performance is great. Bring able to use as a touch screen is a plus. The speed of my HP is incredible. My niece came over and said I’m getting one too!

First off, if you're looking for a great thin and light 2:1 device, the HP Envy x360 is a solid option. It could be much better, if only HP would let it be. The Good: Mine came with an 11th gen Core i5. Plenty powerful for everyday computing and even some more advanced tasks. Iris Xe Graphics. To be frank, you won't be playing the latest AAA title in 4k with ray tracing, but if you're into more casual or E-sports type titles, these integrated graphics hold up pretty well. I can play Fall Guys and Rocket League at high settings at 1080P at 60 FPS. Not bad! Thunderbolt 4. Need to charge via USB-C? Want to attach an external GPU or docking station? Thunderbolt does it all. Despite not having much in terms of IO, Thunderbolt gives you a ton of options for expansion. The Bad: 8GB of RAM (2 x 4 GB sticks). The RAM itself isn't bad, but I'd rather have a single 8GB stick so to upgrade I only need to buy an additional 8GB stick instead of two. Keep that in mind if you plan to do any upgrades. No 2.5" SSD bay. Best Buy flat out lies in the product description when they list that there is one. I opened this machine and looked. Only one M.2 port for an SSD. Disappointing, but I can see how it would be tough to fit one in given the thin form factor. Come on, Best Buy, do some homework before flat out lying on your product page. The Ugly: It's actually a very pretty looking machine. User upgradability is a pain. To get at the motherboard for upgrades, you need to unstick the bottom rubber edges that run along the bottom of the machine and ensure that you remove all screws before taking the bottom of the computer off. The only easily available upgrades are the RAM and M.2 SSD. Both require you to finesse two heat shields off the mother board to access. Overall: I still really enjoy my laptop. If you're a computer enthusiast and capable of removing some adhesive glue and screws, you can make this good laptop even better.

Awesome laptop that folds into a tablet. Love the touchscreen and backlighting option for the keyboard. Very fast and able to use for home and work.

So far so good. I didn't look around very much because I wanted a personal laptop with specific features to use with my WFH office setup, which is now an Elitebook 850 using a Thunderbolt dock (2 monitors, wireless keyboard/mouse). Not needing something that high end for personal use, I decided on his Envy 360 after reading positive reviews. It has the Thunderbolt port to use with my dock at my desk, SD card slot, and SSD drive. Finally, it has the convertible screen so I can use it as a tablet sitting on the couch.

Great day to day laptop for checking email, watching netflix, and work. Laptop is fast and responsive. Speakers are good. No complaints!
