Overall it is very good experience and best for college students

I never thought i would want a touch screen laptop but its so convenient. The fact it goes a full 360 so you can use it like a tablet is very convenient, its just a little awkward when the keys are exposed. Its got a nice light up keyboard and you can mute the mic and camera also. I find it to be quite fast and functional and would def recommend. Also had usb type c ports which is handy.

Geek squad certified looks like new without the new price. Works great LOVE IT!!

I am very pleased with my laptop purchase. The young man who helped me was very professional and patient. He made sure I understood everything. He showed me several laptops and explained the features of all. To check out was fast once I settled on a particular laptop and then he escorted me to Geek Squad so I could get my apps loaded. That was flawless also.

This is a great computer. Probably a little more than I needed, but I wanted this screen size and this what was available. The processor is quick, has plenty of RAM for my needs and any extra storage necessary will go on an external hard drive. This is my 2nd 2 in 1 computer and I love them. The first one was Dell and I find the HP, more responsive, better graphics and the ability to flip it over and present just the screen is top notch. I would highly recommend this computer for anyone looking for a business computer, college students, doing graphics or presentations

Awesome it's light. Playing game pass on it. It's snappy. Needed some up dates but awsome. People complaining about the brightness of key board. It's ajustable,even at it's brightest it's not that bad. Don't let thos comments full you. Originally 909 flash sale plus open box put me at 550 I think it's a steal thanks

My dad bought this laptop to replace his 10-year-old one that was running Windows 7 on a hard drive. Truly amazed at the speed of it, turning it on and off, and being able to load content-heavy websites. The display is so big and bright. With its lightness and flexible hinges, he is able to enjoy Youtube and Netflix for hours.

!!HP Envy x360 known-defective hinge issue !! Had this same model for a little over 3yrs, and was fantastic, but you're taking a risk...research the hinge issue. Give these recent reviews a year or two, and I bet there will be several in the same boat. All of a sudden after the 3yr extended Best Buy Warranty expired, the right hinge popped out and broke the touch screen when my wife opened the lid to use her laptop. After finding out it wasn't covered, did some reasearch on how to repair, and was disappointed in what I found. It can be repaired, but just google search HP Envy x360 hinge issue, and you'll see this is apparently a common problem. I tried to include the URL, but I think BestBuy will not post my review every time I share the search results. Ours lasted quite a while compared to others, and the tablet mode was used probably less than 6 times in 3 years. Wish I would have known before I purchased. Thought about fixing myself, but all the parts are likely the same and afraid it will happen again. Very disappointed in HP. Only 1 person that I can see got it repaired free of charge on the forum, as a defective issue, and that's because the person emailed a VP at HP. Also disappointed in Best Buy for knowing this and irritated that I paid for their 3yr warranty and this happened just about 3 months after it expired. Likely not going to buy from Best Buy again for laptops, and will not be purchasing an HP computer. 1 star for the fact it was great for 3 years...same 1 star because it's now useless. Incidentally I bought an Asus computer at the same time as this one, and it is has been flawless. May need to get another one of those now.

We were looking for a replacement for our old laptop. After searching the internet we decided to go to Best Buy to see them in person. The staff answered all our questions and were very helpful. Our new HP Envy was a breeze to set up and having the Geek Squad protection is a plus. They also are a plus. Thank you Best Buy
