This is FANTASTIC! I purchased it to use for work. I'm constantly having to move around and it being light weight is a blessing! The battery life is outstanding! It's able to handle a full 10 hour day of use with the Bluetooth connected to multiple devices I use. Fantastic value for the price!

I could of spent more and got i7 with 12 GB- BUT I got this on sale and it works Perfectly. Couldn't ask for anything more. I like the backlite keys too. It's fast and light weight as well. The 17 inch laptops can be heavier, so I prefer the 15 inch. It's a Winner.. So far at least :)

I bought this 2 weeks ago and I have been using regularly. Very happy with the audio and video quality for what I am using it for. I took away a star because the floor model had a numeric keypad, which is important to me, but when I took my new computer out of the box, it had no numeric keypad. This is inconvenient but not a deal breaker. It's easy to set up and use.

Good speed and very functional. Tired of being held captive by my desktop computer, I purchased this laptop to be able to get out of the house and work outside however the screen was not bright enough even in the shade. I tried different settings and even took it back to the store for assistance with screen settings, but it just wasn't bright enough.

I researched to find a laptop that is lightweight, was of medium size, and easy to use. This purchase has fit those needs very well. In addition the young man who assisted us was knowledgable and honest. He was one of the best we have spoken with at Best Buy.

I am really enjoying this HP Envy. It has a sleek, silver design. The keys of previous HP's would pop off after time. The keys are better designed on this model. It has all the extras I wanted with an i5. Overall, I would recommend this for every day use.

This is my 2nd laptop with same built (hp envy 360 i5). I was happy with my previous purchase in 2020. It is a little bit pricy and has delicate screen but overall beautiful sleek design and good Audio and Video quality, Connectivity with wifi6.

The HP laptop has everything I need. I love the finger scan option instead of inputting a password. The device is light weight. Large enough to see the screen but not oversized. So far the battery life is good it performs well and it’s definitely easy to use.

I like the way it looks and plays. The screen is amazing. The color is vivid and I love the touch screen experience. I think it was a smart purchase because this item was open box and Geek Squad certified I had confidence in purchasing thru Best Buy as always.

Love it. Lightening fast. Light and value the option to fold it like a tablet. Happy there was QR Code to check out features. Long lasting battery. Im happy i had the Geek squad transfer my old lap top to this one. Made my working life so much easier.

Very good laptop. Easy to set up and downloads really fast as well. I think the picture quality is great as well and I like that Alexa is on this device. I haven't used the touch screen much yet, but what times I have, it has worked very well

This laptop is awesome. It is pretty fast. I am enjoying it very much. I use it for work. I highly recommend it plus it’s also like a tablet but much bigger. Try it you’ll really like it.

I love this laptop! It's light and sleek like a Mac but a lot cheaper. Also, it's lightning fast and I love the fingerprint reader. It's so much faster than my Dell Inspiron that I regret buying last year. No regrets with this though!

We are very happy with our purchase. We were able to go to the store and pickup our purchase and we arrived right at closing time but the customer service reps at the door were kind enough to help us and bring our purchase out to us.

It’s a nice laptop. I’m very glad it’s a touch screen since I’m used to using an iPad. I will probably end up purchasing a mouse. It’s taking me time to learn windows 10. Other than this…I’m still learning my way around it.

Picked this up on a daily deal for $609. Good value for that price. Unfortunately, my unit had Q.C. issues (backlight bleed and a seam on the back near the hinge was starting to separate), so I had to return it because it's sold out everywhere and couldn't exchange it.

I am not tech savvy, but I like this laptop. Lightweight, easy to navigate, easy to find my files. I just like it. And if I should have any questions, Geek Squad has assured me they are there to help

Leave it to Bestbuy to always have deals when I need them. Great laptop for the price easy to setup perfect for everyday use. Perfect for small business or student use.

Very HAPPY with this new laptop. It’s fast, slim, nice design and keyboard… happy so far. I had the geek squad recover files from my old laptop and add to the this new one. PERFECT!! I’m extremely satisfied
