I am getting used to my new HP laptop. in I've waited over a month to be sure how I felt. Usually getting a new computer has some adjustment. Things I love: Easy touch and quiet key strokes. The turn on button is inside the computer, instead of on the outside rim. I love being able to turn it completely inside out -- so it becomes a huge i-pad. It's very sturdy...you can use without having a desk. Enjoy having a bigger screen The keys light up...so in low light you can easily read the letters. Great clear images! Things I don't like: During daylight it's hard to read the keys as white on silver doesn't show up...black on silver would be better. Some keys are different....delete key is very small. All in all it's a great value for the price. I'm so glad I bought it.

I had seen prior people comment on the earlier models' issues with their hinges being crooked right out of the box which eventually caused hinge failure. Fortunately, my laptop's hinges appear to be perfectly fine. I don't use it very frequently in tablet mode, but it's very nice as a laptop. It runs quickly, and I've used it to play several games without issue (Fallout New Vegas, Stardew Valley, Hiveswap, etc.). I enjoy being able to use it as a touch screen when I use Clip Studio Paint; it makes things like minimizing and moving objects very easy. Of course, I've only had my laptop for a short period of time (1 week). If anything happens, I'll update this information.

My long serving HP laptop died. Went to Best Buy to get a new computer. The buying process took less than 15 minutes. Very impressed. This laptop is super fast. Didn't realize how much faster a solid state drive is. My old computer took 3-4 minutes to boot up. This one takes 5 seconds. I like the finger print security. My only regret is that I waited so long to get a new computer. I needed a Category 5 to USB adapter. Used Best Buy's customer service via the web. Was really impressed how fast the lady that helped me identified what I needed, and how quickly she processed my order. Bought all my previous computers at Fry's, but NOW I am sold on Best Buy.

One of the best laptops that I ever purchased. It has everything that I need. It is fast. It can run multiple programs without getting stuck or slowing down. I would purchase another one just for back up if I could. I would continue to update and upgrade using this brand of laptop. I work from home so having the computer that I need is absolutely important to me. I am grateful that the sell man at best buy listened too my working needs and helped me too purchase what I needed instead of the low profile that my money originally wanted to spend...this laptop was not that much more different in pricing...not at all...so I got the best for less

Works well for me as a web designer. Fast and resolution is great. Definitely recommend. Bought one for my daughter as well for her high school work.

I've had this since may, and I'll say its AMAZING!!! super fast, decent space and touchscreen. I've had HP laptops for years and this is definitely the best yet!!!

Love his computer! Fast Fast Fast...Sleek design. Fan is a little loud, and they could get rid of the bloatware. But overall VERY happy with this computer!

Love using it still! A little heavy overall but easy to fold up to use as a drawing tablet even though it does feel funny doing so as the keyboard isn’t detachable

This is my third HP laptop in the last 13 years and so far, I am mostly happy with it. I'm an amatuer photographer enthusiast who needs a laptop which can handle the demands of photo editing without slowing down. I was a bit skeptical that this machine, with only 16GB RAM and an integrated GPU (Intel Iris XE), would be able to keep up with my demands. Not only did this laptop meet my expectations, it exceeded them with respect to handling PhotoShop. It doesn't have the 4k display the Asus I was looking at has, but I am quite satisfied with the display and video playback. Other positives: The touch-screen is quite responsive, the fingerprint reader works better than many others I've used, and it works well with the Bamboo stylus. On the negative, it is heavier than I thought it would be. While I knew I would be getting a 15.6" laptop and thus would be bigger than the 12-14" laptops most of my family has, looking at how thin this laptop is, I expected it to weigh next to nothing. That's not the case, so if you're working with it on your lap, expect to "know" it's there. I also don't particularly like the overly-large touchpad, but frankly, I don't like touchpads. At all. I've made a mess of more than one document when I've accidentily hit the touchpad, erasing pages of work in one fell swoop. With the advent of effective touchscreens, perhaps the manufacturers could eliminate the touchpad after all this time. Lastly, I had no audio during a Zoom call a week ago -- no one could hear me at all, and for no known reason. I spent a few hours after the meeting, trying to diagnose and fix the problem, to no avail. I shut it down for the night, expecting to have to take the laptop back, when I started the laptop and the audo was working on it once again. I don't expect to have audio problems in less than 3 weeks from purchasing the laptop and I was very disappointed when it refused to work. Overall, though, the positives outweigh the negatives. While I wish the hard drive were larger and it had more memory, this is a powerhouse which, if you're involved in photo editing, will keep up with your needs. It's at a decent price point, given its features, and so far, I am quite happy with the build. If you need a laptop with some power under the hood and are willing to sacrifice storage space for processing power, this is the laptop for you.

Great laptop! Love the touch screen option and the ability to position the screen in different ways. Just wish the battery lasted a little longer.

Lightweight and portable. Great DH screen. Love the ability use it as a tablet. Touch screen is amazing. Would definitely recommend this computer.

This is the 4th laptop that we have purchased this year for our business and this has not let us down. Speed, lightweight, vivid colors-- love it!

Fantastic Laptop. I have had it for 7 months now. Fast, fast, fast! Don't use the battery much so can't speak to battery life.

I love this computer. It is the best of a dozen or so laptops that I have ever owned. The computer is more than powerful enough for my work, streaming and gaming needs. It boots up and down promptly. The visual display is crisp and clear and the B&O sound quality and power are amazing for a laptop. The keyboard is smooth and responsive. Although I generally use the computer with the power cord plugged in, when I used without the external power, the battery life is excellent. It is a great value for the cost.

This is a very good alternative in the given price range. The laptop have a nice keyboard with great tactile feel, good construction quality, and it is very light.

The computer is a very nice design and light weight. I enjoy the lightweight ness a lot. HP’a have always been a good brand for me.

MY SON GOT THIS FOR COLLEGE AND IT HAS TONS OF STORAGE AND IT IS VERY FAST. IT HAS LOTS OF MEMORY AND THE PROCESSOR IS AMAZING.

Nice HP laptop. Great sound and screen. My only issue is a broken key and difficulty getting the right replacement key.
