Fits my needs to a "T". Easy to set up and work. Very easy to just set up and go to it!

Love mine got it in 2021. Perfect for school the only thing is make sure it’s always updated or it will lage a little.

Bought this to replace a ten year old HP laptop and what a difference! Downloaded and installed Windows 10 updates in minutes instead of hours. Touch screen is nice as well as the ability to make it a tablet if needed. Wife isn’t complaining of a slow laptop anymore. Boot time is really fast too. Would be nice if it came with a permanent word processing program instead of a 30 day trial but I guess that’s the way things are now.

The Envy x360 is performing beautifully! It has new features that my old one did not have! It is well worth the price for it. It is much faster than the older one and is nice and light to carry. I carried it on two trips already and I love not having to carry the old one that barely fit into my briefcase! I highly recommend it to anyone needing a new computer. I use it for teaching my online courses and that makes it a real joy!

I got this laptop for school and to help take notes and it's really great at both! Tablet mode works great, I would just recommend screen wipes if you're not going to use a pen to screen write. The only thing that gets me is the fan. That thing kicks on at the weirdest times but is kinda loud if you're running demanding programs, other than that this laptop is very solid and more than enough to get any job done.

Very good work laptop. Quite light for its size and has all the fixings needed to have a productive day. Touchscreen is a plus.

So far the laptop is working fine. The keys are a little hard to see so I ended up getting an overlay with black lettering. There is no side number pad which I didn't realize in the beginning and would like to have had for numeric usage but I will use an external keyboard to get past that day to day. Sometimes the device fan runs rather loud and can be distracting. Overall, the picture on the screen is great, the system itself runs fast and as a minimal user, this works for me.

This computer was purchased for college online (Local Store was sold out) when we received it the #8 button did not work so we had to drive 2 1/2 hours to another Best that had this one in stock. Once we received it and set it up it worked fine, nice powerful computer did everything as expected and wanted. Fast forward a year and half later the Touch pad is no longer working. The Touchpad is stuck on and Highlights everything.

Price for performance is good, I just wish the Windows 10 bloatware was not included. I would have purchased the straight Windows 10 Enterprise version instead if it was available. It would also be nice to leave an open port for more memory because for my application 16GB of ram is the bare minimum for it to run. Other than that the laptop has a nice feel instead of the basic plastic bodies.
