I had a number of laptops and this so far is the best I've had. Meets all my needs, was easy to set up and I really like the speed. Such a contrast to my last laptop. Plus the sales person, Bryan I think, was excellent. It's definitely hit or miss you get a salesperson that knows what they are talking about.

I love this new HP envy laptop. It’s touch screen and it folds back so you can use it as a tablet. HP did a great job on the design. It’s slim and for the price it is a great value. I would definitely recommend this computer. The 15.6 inch is a prefect size for people that want to take there laptop places.

I'm never a big fan of hp but i finally give this one a try for the price. This computer is super fast and run smoothly. I brought this baby to do programming and it run and doo all my task efficiently. Con: The only con that i have is that the display is not antiglare and the max brightness is 250 nits.

Easy set up zone fast and great sensitivity on both the keyboard and the touch pad, as well as the screen! Love the complete hinge flexibility to use as a tablet, although the size makes it a little awkward unless the tablet is lying flat on a solid surface in my opinion. Great machine

This laptop is a touchscreen that can be folded into tablet mode which is convenient to watch movies, play games, read an e-book and more. It also has a built-in Amazon Alexa Voice Assistant. This HP Envy laptop also has full HD screen resolution (1920 x 1080) and smooth usage and ease of use.

Good upgrade from my last HP ENVY , I love the touch screen and the full flip action. Computer is fast and the keyboard is responsive. I love the new on/off switch and the fingerprint logon on isn't terrible, I bought the version that doesn't have the number pad and that wasn't the smartest move. I hate the preloaded windows stuff

As someone starting college this fall, I got this laptop with specs that fulfill requirements as an engineering major. The touchscreen and 360 is really useful and convenient. One thing I should've thought over before purchasing was the size, because the laptop could be a little heavy or too big when carrying around campus.

The new envy is super fast and user friendly to set up! My device doesn't have a numeric keypad which is hard to adjust to.

I am very pleased with the HP ENVY x360 4 months ago (May 21) purchased from Best Buy. It is very fast and highly functional. I use it for small business management apps and numerous audio visual calls with MS Teams, ZOOM, Google Meet, etc. Connects seamlessly with my home WIFI and Hotspot devices and mobile locations. I conducted extensive research on several laptop brands and models. The HP Envy delivers well with 16Mb RAM, i7 processor, fast bootup, ease of touchscreen, backlit keys and integration with Office 365 and multiple Windows 10 apps. Very good battery life. Screen display is excellent. I like the fingerprint security reader. The 512 Gb storage is plenty for me as I also utilize Cloud storage in multiple locations. Overall, this is at the top of the list for laptops that I have owned. It cost me a little more for some of the high-end features, and the fast performance and reliability is paying off.

I bought this for my granddaughter for school and she absolutely loves it. The size is perfect along with the graphics. It’s fast and does everything she needs for school and fun. Would highly recommend.

Love our new laptop! Our Geek Squad, Chad Mobley was wonderful explaining features to us. He put some websites on our home page that we asked him to do. Love the easy to use features of our new laptop! So lightweight! Great product and my husband and I are happy with it!

My family was quite pleased with the purchase of their new computers. These of set up as well as start up made all the difference in the world. The complete package was also an immense assistance, to the choice in the selection of the two desk top computers.

Easy to set up. Laptop boots up fast and log in is quick. Screen is easy on the eyes and the light up keyboard is great at night. I like the button that allows me to change the keyboard light intensity and shut off for day use. Touch screen is great too.

Works great for in and out of the business/office environment. The addition of a touchscreen with rotation enabled is a big plus for anybody who works on the move. Overall this is an ideal laptop for those who frequent trade shows or need to meet outside of the office.

I bouth my HP Envy x360 Convertible 15m-es0xxx Laptop about a month ago and overall it has been great! Nice model, great resolution, very good features and the performance outstanding. Totally recommended.

Computer is performing very well. Battery has great life even when being used for photo editing. It is taking time to get used to the shortcuts, however, that is expected when you go from a Mac to a PC.

After much research I purchased this laptop and for the most part it has been excellent. About two weeks in it started taking forever to reboot or restart. It appears it was due to a Windows 10 Update. The other issue is that all of a sudden I needed to use Ctrl, Alt, Delete to get the laptop to reboot. As a member of Best Buy's Geek Squad technical support program one of their senior techs took over my computer and corrected what was wrong. The reason I am only giving it four stars is because of the time it took to get all of this corrected within two weeks of getting the laptop.
