I Purchased this for my wife, she enjoys better then her old dell. It’s easier to use and she hasn’t had any problems.

I would have given it 5 stars if it weren't for the pre-loaded Microsoft apps that was not free. I did buy the apps when I bought the computer but had I not, I would keep getting prompted to submit the license key in order to use. The beginner would require tech assistance in order set up, especially if transferring files from old computer to new one. Otherwise, this laptop is definitely a step up from what I had prior which was an older version of this one, especially with this one being a 2-1 touchscreen.

Laptop was a great fit for my wife and I. We needed a laptop for in my wife to have access to her work computer, and for me to be able to use for college. This laptop fits the bill. It was easy to set up, it processes fast, has a fantastic monitor, and sound. We are very happy with our purchase thus far. Also, my sales person was fantastic! Bought for self as Christmas present because my old desktop win 7 was going obsolete, Boots real fast. 15-20 sec ready to enter password. I like using a mouse instead of the finger box. Wireless mouse works great. Computer is fast. I did notice when using laptop on battery that screen dims a little even when fulling charged. Soon as plug in power screen brightens. I though battery life should be longer but I have always used desktop. Got on sale for big discount.
