I bought this laptop during one of the Black Friday deals and this is the best laptop I have ever owned. Bought an open box item and so far this laptop has been great. It is fast I have no issues with it. I bought it for web development and it works great! Highly recommend getting this laptop while it's on sale!

The files from the old computer transferred with 100% accuracy. I am not getting NOT RESPONDING as I did with the old one. It runs well. I shut it down overnight twice per week. The only negative is that the keyboard is in dark gray., and the area around it is in lighter gray. A black and white format would be better. Saving documents is a bit more involved than this task was on the old one, but L will get used to it. There could be two or three portals for FLASH DRIVES.. I am a digital photographer and I need to find out if there is a portal for memory sticks and also a portal for cd roms. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE.

HP Envy has been a great laptop. Lightweight and fast. I love the touch screen. No problems with installations or file setup.

Nice laptop with 360 fold and touch screen. Speed is perfect for anything. HP is cheaper than Dell. Video stopped working after 16 months. It will cost half of the price of a new laptop to fix the video. HDMI output to a monitor works, so all is not lost. I have recommended three similar models over the past 2 years. The other two laptops work fine. My personal 2 year old HP Omen has issues with the fan. Reduced the rating because of recent issues with HP.

I purchased this laptop in December 2019 for school and I have to say, it is amazing to say the least. It has plenty of features such as the touch screen, 360 degree screen rotation, fingerprint scanner, keyboard backlight, and a mechanical camera shutter/ kill switch. It also has a USB 3.1 Type-C port, two USB 3.1 Type-A ports (with one of these two ports being able to charge another device while the laptop is turned off), and an SD card reader. There is one audio jack for headphones with or without a microphone as well. The i7 processor and 12 GB of RAM lets me keep several tabs and a Youtube video playing without much slowdown, if at all. The left side of the laptop can get a bit hot if you're doing too many things at once, but it is not an issue if its not on your lap. I use this combined with a Wacom pen to write notes for school. The speaker quality is great and I have no complaints about it. The battery life is good and can get me through a day of back to back classes. If the battery dies, worry not - this laptop can charge to about 50% in 30 minutes. This laptop can rotate 360 degrees, making it easy to fold it all the way to jot down notes or stand it at an angle to watch videos. It took me a second to get used to the number pad on the right side of the keyboard, and was not an issue. Neither was the off-center touchpad, which is really only a cosmetic issue that I don't mind at all. When I initially used this laptop, I found that it got hot during non intensive tasks such as having a tab or two open while typing in Word or drawing in OneNote, but after turning off Intel Optane, the issue seems to have been resolved, and I'm not quite sure if that is the case with other users. I am very satisfied with this laptop. There are plenty of great features and the laptop still runs like new after 9 months of moderate to intense use. There is no doubt that it will last me through college and then some.

I like the speed and the performance. Although its light weight its a little big to use it as a tablet.

Love the versatility of this laptop! The touchscreen works great or I can use as a regular laptop. I am a teacher who needed to buy a new laptop to do distance learning with my students during this pandemic. This one was a great purchase. It does all of the things that I need it to do! Would definitely recommend and purchase again!

I have 3 previous Lenovo laptops (lower budget laptops $400-$500) and always found them slow. Bought one of these for my oldest daughter last year and she has had zero issues, sounds is great, screen is great, and performance is awesome. Bit the bullet and bought the same one for my other daughter this year. It's 2x the price of the last laptops I bought but well worth the price.

This laptop, as stated above, may be the best laptop on the market. I bought it on Black Friday for a killer deal with its insane specs. My old HP laptop was close to 8 years old and ran with no problems, was just getting kinda slow. Figured it’s best to get a new one. I wouldn’t be surprised if this HP lasts me another 8 years like my previous one. It’s by far the fastest and most sophisticated laptop I’ve ever owned. There’s just something special about these HP laptops.

I love this computer. It is a touch screen and can flip into a tablet. It was a great medium for me to make a transition from an iPad to this computer, It is compact and light. It has a long battery life before recharging. It did not have a DVD drive, so I bought an external one to use. All in all, I am pleased with this HP Envy Touch Screen.

This is my first HP computer. After decades of using HP printers at work, and home (with zero issues), I went with the Best Buy staff recommendation, that was based on our conversation about how I would be using it, etc. I'm very pleased with the performance, screen size, portability, etc. Still getting used to the auto cloud saves.

I needed a laptop to start working from home with due to the pandemic but also wanted ut to be beneficial in a personal capacity as well. This one definitely did the trick. The processor is quick and can handle running via VPN with ease. The screen is big and bright and I love the fact that the keyboard has a number pad. The track pad is decent, i feel like this might be the only thing that could use some improvement. Every now and then it won't respond to a click but not often enough to really be an issue. I love that ot can flip and be used as a tablet. Candy crush and solitaire on such a big screen is so fun. Lol. The battery life isn't bad either. I can get through about 5 hours of my shift before I get a battery low prompt. And the fingerprint scanner is pretty cool. My boyfriend has the older version of this laptop with the fingerprint scanner on the side. It's very inconvenient but this one has the scanner on the keyboard near the track pad. Much better location. I'm very satisfied with this laptop.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE the touchscreen, great picture quality, and versatility! It's my first lap top and I still have lots to learn but so far I am loving it!!! I debated between a 15" or 17" because I am old and needed bigger and am so happy I got 15. It's plenty big and still fits in my backpack.

This laptop is fast and has very good screen attributes. While I've only had it about a month now it does everything I expected. This is much faster then my 3 old Thinkpad with same amount of memory(12GB) and the only thing I can pick on is getting use to the larger key's on the keyboard which I'm sure I will get use too with more use. Overall, I don't think you will be disappointed if you buy this LAPTOP and so far it's been great.

This Laptop has exceeded my expectations by a long shot. The ability to not only use it like a standard lap top but a tablet with a monster screen. You can stand this tablet multiple ways laptop, tent, tablet or presentation mode. Which is the mode I use more often because you bring the screen closer to you all while still being able to operate the on screen keyboard features as well. Really havent found any speed issues at all it runs multiple windows at once no problem. All while seemlessly switching between them. Playing a few games went great even on load and graphic instensive games I never noticed a lull in performance. If your looking for a beast of a laptop to use at school,work & then be able to go home or your dorm and watch movies or play games with out squinting this guy is it.

I couldn't be happier with this laptop, I went from a 17 inch screen and thought I may not like this, but the screen size on this laptop is just fine. The options, the speed and clarity of this laptop is amazing! One of the best buys I have made, couldn't be happier with this laptop!

Needed it for the kids home schooling. It runs smooth and is quick with every task. Touch screen is a nice touch for my younger son. So far had it for about a month and been very satisfied with the purchase. Side note best but had a great sale that took off a considerable amount.
