The next day the store clerk said they had a lot of them and not to believe the online store link, Hmm. When the box arrived the inside box which said Geek Squad refurbished had been cut and opened and was sliding around loose in the box. The condition, based on Best-Buy Open Box criteria, was incorrect, since the machine had scratches and scrapes. The actual machine works very well and I do recommend it.

It is significantly faster than my dell! I really like the keyboard as well. Only issue I’ve had is that when I connect the HDMI to the TV, my TV flickers repeatedly and it does not work. I am hoping there is a quick and easy fix to this issue.

a great laptop

I own a few of them and they've all been really great. this one is no slouch. I had some driver issues at first (display issues) but I got it all sorted out with some windows updates. I'm more used to a 13.3 or 14 inch laptop so this was feels a little big, especially on the lap, but the screen looks really good and sharp.

Very sleek and sexy with a punch. Kew board and touchscreen very responsive. VERY VERY FAST BOOT SEQUENCE. I use this as my desktop computer and store it in a drawer, we were hoping the external power button would power it on with out the lid open. We were wrong. Otherwise, great unit so far.
