Did computer did the work: Although I am still trying to get used to the commands and I work a little slower in it since I don’t know it well yet, it is still a good buy.

Did have issues with video lag when I hooked it up to my TV using HDMI and had duplicate screens set up. Switched the video settings to tv only and it cleared up the issue. So if you are using this for heavy streaming it might not be the best, but it is compact and very well made.

Power problems

It’s much faster than the computer it replaced. However, I have had intermittent problems with the power. It has shut down unexpectedly several times but, of course, works fine when I take it in for help. If we could solve this problem I’d give it 4 stars. It is a good purchase for the price.

The others reviews about noise. I don't have. Other reviews about keyboard are just small things. I will say that the capital letters on the keyboard are a little different and take some getting used to, but this laptop is well worth the money.

The laptop I purchased was exactly what I needed and the Geek squad was really friendly and set up my computer quickly and answered all my non Geek questions patiently.

So much so that I think I did not squarely hit the button. If I wait 10-15 seconds without hitting a button it usually comes up. but thats a long time. its lighter than my dell & I do like the touch scre

I tried 2 others from another company, and both of them failed. Best Buy set this computer up for me to my liking, got rid of the bloatware ahead of time, and were great to work with. In tp of that, the computer far exceeds my expectations.
