Alex was a huge help in buying this computer. It’s a tough decision to make with so many out there, so many different variables ....but he stepped us through each option and helped us make the final decision. We’ve been very pleased with the computer and with Alex’s help !

Love my computer! There was a glitch in the upload of windows 10, causing it to shut off, but with the geek squad protection, that was able to be fixed. I feel that it is very quick (I'm impatient) for my everyday work needs.

This has already exceeded my expectations. It has done a great job for work. The speed is amazing. When I was doing the initial set-up, programs loaded much faster than expected. My boss looked at it today and realized that it had everything he needed and is probably going to get one too.

Nice laptop touchscreen is great but the keyboard is hard to see at certain angles

Got this on sale during Black Friday. Very good value. The HP Envy series has always been a favorite for us, without having to step up to the Spectre series. Although not the Ultra HD screen, it is still an excellent screen for general business work and viewing general video, etc.

I like everything about this laptop. It’s light weight, fast, very portable. One thing I noticed (but isn’t exactly a deal breaker), the corners on the bottom are slightly sharp and uncomfortable if I’m sitting Indian style and have the laptop on my legs. Easy fix though!

We went in to look at a new laptop, and received great service and all the extras with a good discount for the multiple items purchased and a great service plan to keep my purchases running at optimal for a long time to come. Sales staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

The laptop is fast and thin/light for carrying around. SSD is the way to go.

This laptop was purchased for my mother and she loves it. She needed something that would be compatible with her work computer but also wanted a tablet so we decided to go with this product! There have been no issues with it and its battery life is pretty good, I was impressed!

We bought this in December 2019 to replace an older slower model. This machine has been an awesome upgrade. We now have almost everything transferred over from 4 previously used laptops, and this laptop still has plenty of storage and is still much faster. Love it.

Love the product. Did not care for the salesperson I believe his name was Drew. He yawned a lot like we were either boring him to death or he stayed up way too late the night before. Would not go to Drew again other sales people there were much nicer and more professional.

Works great. BUT, I highly recommend that you have Best Buy install this if you can. The gentleman who installed mine did a great job. Spent a lot of time cleaning my iPad and making sure this went on smoothly. I don't think I would have done as nice of a job.

In the first year the laptop vhad a hardware defect. We're glad we purchased protection on it, but that protection didn't cover s replacement for the 25 days it took to repair, which is unacceptable. The manager suggested we purchase another laptop for use during the repair time and return it during the return window...

I was concerned that after using Windows 7 for years and never feeling comfortable with Window 8 that Windows 10 would also be a struggle. I have not found that to the case and I have enjoyed learning to get around on this machine but have rearely been frustrated.

This HP Envy 360 is the computer I have been waiting to buy. It replaces an older hp pavilion vista that has been dragging. The Envy comes with Intel I7 that surely adds value, speed, to this windows 10. It’s screen color is exceptionally clear. I would recommend it

I was skeptical about the keyboard complains. Being a QWERTY Tyler and knowing how to type without looking at the keyboard I can tell you it is not a problem at all. I actually like the keyboard and its set up. Overall the computer has been a dream come true.

Love the touch screen. Overall a good buy have no complaints thus far.

I have had it for a month. So far it works fine. To early to tell.

So far I have watched two movies on my new laptop, not something I would normally do as I have three big screen smart tv's but the salesperson mentioned the 4D makes this a really good buy. The ease of getting to my folders and toggle between sites is great.
