It is fast. It takes only seconds to turn on. My only complaint is that although it is awesome to use at night because the keyboard lights up, the keyboard is extra shiny and reflective in daylight and it is hard to see the keys.

My prior computer just quit and wouldn't start. Looked at a lot of possibles and decided on this HP. Stylish, thin, light weight, good ram, boots up easily. Has been a great replacement. Would definitely consider again if needed.

Has everything I wanted and needed. Beautiful aluminum chassis. Display has good off-axis picture quality. Sound is better than expected. My first with SSD. Boots up quickly. I prefer the fingerprint reader over typing in the password.

Hp ... I have always purchased. This model runs HOT. There doesn't seem to be an adequate fan to keep the laptop cool. Other than that ... it has all I am used to and more that I am still discovering.

I got this to run lots of large Excel files and automated processes. It is much faster than other computers I have used especially when I made use of the Intel optane memory. Everything else has worked as expected with no problems.

This computer is very good when it comes to taking notes and doing schoolwork at school. It's very compact to put in backpacks to carry around. I got this product on Black Friday and it went down $200 which was a great deal.

I would never recommend buying this laptop. One of the hinges broke just after the HP 2 year warranty expired. HP support never got back to me after almost two weeks of waiting. I finally searched though their website to find their support phone number which was impossible to find. Once I got a hold of a representative they said it would cost $406 dollars to repair. Now i'm stuck with a perfectly functional laptop and a broken hinge. I have no problems with best buy. As a college student, this laptop had everything I needed and could handle all the programs I was using. However I am extremely disappointed with the design flaws of this computer and would never recommend HP products again because of this experience. Don't make the same mistake I did in buying this laptop. I may as well go buy another laptop with the $406 dollars that it would cost to repair the device.

Bought this unit on sale prior to the black Friday. 10th gen i7 is fast and very energy efficient . Way better than my previous Dell that had too many issues. I ordered a similar one for my son. Finger print sign-on is nice.

I purchased the laptop to work from him when COVID hit. Works well with apps and the HP warranty is extremely helpful. I had one issue and contacted their customer support and it was fixed immediately.

So far so good. Other than it weirdly crashing twice for no known reason. Bought 2 and only one has had that issue. Thin, light weight, sleek. Liking it so far. Got on a great "Early Black Friday" deal so price was decent.

I use this computer for all around work. Adobe premier pro, coding, multi tab web browsing. I’ve had it for 7 months and it’s been great so far. Very fast start time, never lags, just a great laptop for the value.

Well designed, fast, efficient layout. This model has limited ports and they removed the sound adjustment button from the side which was a feature I liked from previous models. Also the camera kill switch is a little cheesy. I debated 15" versus 17" screen and finally chose the larger screen.

Bought this during Black Friday deals. It almost went out of stock pretty soon. Love this laptop but only negative is HP drivers issues for wifi connectivity. Good value for Money spent.

Great laptop with all the specs and features I needed. Very fast and love the thumbprint reader. My kids always figure out my pin but they can’t mimic my fingerprint!

This is a great laptop! I was honestly shocked! I love everything about it. I’ve had Dell my whole life and was ready to get away from it (nothing but problems) and this HP went above and beyond my expectations.

Love it. No concern with battery longevity and screen size is perfect. Have utilized for work from home. Laptop to tablet feature is great although do not utilize this feature as much as I thought I would.

Leaps and bounds over my previous HP pavilion. Downloads are now quick and easy. Of course, no disc drive which makes it a little awkward when copying files for others or using the many discs I have on hand.

Again a fabulous product from HP. Superfast, great battery life, gets up and running in no time. Love the fingertip login and the new feature to shut down the camera to prevent hacking. The only downside is fingerprint login is not too sensitive and sometimes require to enter PIN

Been enjoying this laptop after 15 months. No complaints. Still as fast and problem free as the day I got it. I am about to buy my wife a similar model for Christmas.
