Second time buying this laptop, as I had to replace a stolen one, and I love it just as much as the first.

Have been using it for quite a bit. The one complaint I have is that HP makes it insanely difficult to dual boot with Linux which is my primary operating system. I would recommend it however, if you plan on sticking to windows. It's a great laptop.

Excellent all purpose touchscreen laptop. Fast processor, like the lighted keyboard and sensitive touchscreen. Keys make a little bit of squeaky noise when pressed. Would buy this again.

I am not a gamer, but using every day. Like: Design Dislike: Fan (working loudly), charge (finishing quickly), overheating (easily).. overall disappointing..

I got this laptop for my mother, because she's retired. She seems to enjoy it. It's more powerful than what she will probably ever use, but she's in to photography, and taking videos of her adventures... So I figure it wouldn't hurt. She loves the look of it.

There isn’t anything negative I have to say about this computer. It’s so sleek and lightweight. Zero issues thus far! I’m glad it was recommended to me in the store. I gig the last one.

Had to buy a new laptop for online learning at home for my kids schools. Haven't owned a laptop in years and this model was in our price range. Very pleased with the purchase.

There is an odd placement of the cord but I love it! About 40 days in the screen cracked. I don't know how (didn't drop or anything). It did not inhibit use in anyway and it was in the corner Luckily I invested in Geek Squad so they can replace.

Great value, great product after 2 years i have no complaints about this unit. Still running as it was brand new.

Bought this for graduate school as an upgrade from the laptop that I had, soo much better than expected. It’s a machinee! Quick “booting”, great screen, great features!

Nice laptop, works great for home use. The touchscreen is good, sound is loud and clear. Display resolution is high, size is perfect. Metallic body is elegant

Needed a reliable and comprehensive laptop on order to work remote at home, the HP Envy was a very good investment in order for me to work remotely and very reliable....

I just love this laptop. It runs very fast with Windows 10. Over the years I have been migrating more and more to HP Laptops. THEY LAST because they are built well.

The laptop is awesome but I would suggest that when shipping to a customer you put it in another box. Mine was almost stolen due to it being in the original packaging only.

Bought it for my high school senior granddaughter. Due to Covid19 she must complete all her classes online. She loves her new computer and will be taking it to NAU.

I have only had this for less than 2 months but so far I am happy with it. Starts quickly. I had a Lenovo that I absolutely loved but it broke so I needed a new laptop. This one has everything that I need so as of now I would recommend this laptop.

My review of this product is excellent! I went into the Georgetown Texas Best Buy location provided what I needed and Tobey made sure we find the best laptop needed.

everything is great it would be better if the letters were black because they are hard to see the backlight keys on silver when in normal lighting otherwise, it is great

This computer is very powerful. Now I can do many things at the same time. It was an excellent decision to buy it because it helps me to take my classes online.

Computer delivery delayed but arrived OK. Just one issue so far... it locked up and we couldn't get it to turn off or reboot to resolve. Put it aside for a couple of hours and then it allowed us to reboot. After that, it has been working OK.
