So far I really love this laptop. It's so fast and has everything I need. Love being able to turn off the webcam instead of having to cover it up like on my old laptop.

Bought as a Christmas Present.... I read online that it's not an easy job to add memory to this unit, and I was going to add 4GB after Christmas for 16GB. I will have to talk to the geek squad. I have already paid for geek squad coverage.

I have this laptop for last 7 months. No issue with laptop. Enjoy SSD. Boot up time is quick. No slowing down when running multiple applications.

Only able to use for about 10 days since data transfer. Still getting used to it and learning all the capabilities. Should have gotten the upgrade much sooner!!

Ok, so my old lap top was a bit old when it finally wouldn't go another day.. Stopped by and this was on sale and was probably more than I need, but I love it!

lightning fast and easy to use... now I have 2 HP laptops but this is by far a better one, no regrets on spending extra money for Intel Core i7

This laptop has many uses, really like the 2 in 1 and the ability to flip the lid and use it as a pad. Makes using drawing programs with a pen easy to use.

It is an good computer for your normal work usage (Microsoft suite, internet, social media, etc) I had a defective one where my touch pad stopped worked, but HP was very good at fixing that problem for me.

The processing speed and capability is amazing! Great for work, graphic design and social media. The 2-in-1 tablet feature means the kids love it too!

It is awesome for my college work and for everything else. Sound is great, the visuals are amazing and the ability to put it in tablet mode is so cool!
