The Hewlett Packard and the laptop is such a great reasonable place that we couldn’t resist but by it. It is user-friendly and light weight also I love the touch screen!

I love this laptop. It was easy to set up and personalize. It is the first one I have had with a touch screen and I realllllly like that feature.

This laptop has all my wife needs. It offers a nice display with a really clear picture. Touch screen feature and great working speed. I'd recommend this to anyone.

The only concern I have is that the rubber on the back came off. It is fast, touch screen and perfect for me. Live streaming and creating documents is easy.

This is my first time buying a laptop that cost more than $400. I can say it was well worth the money. I am a nursing student who does not make much so I went out on a limb to buy a new laptop. Runs quick, starts up quick, doesn't die after being on it for 20 mins, and the larger screen makes life so much easier on my eyes. If you don't have $2000 to spend on a Mac Book then this is a pretty good buy I would say.

It is fast and does everything I need. Great graphics. Great sound. And it has plenty of RAM, Storage-capacity, and speed.

After having it for just over a month. I have no issue with that at all. It's fast, back lighted keyboard helps at night and I have plenty of storage and speed.

This laptop is light, fast, and powerful. I was originally looking to purchase a desktop, but after discussion with a Best Buy associate, I purchased this laptop instead. I'm very glad I did. It is responsive from the time I lift the lid. It has a decent camera for video conferencing and good audio. The touch screen is very repsonsive. The only problem I have had with it at all, is that when I try to download a certain statistical software, the touch screen is ooff by about half an inch (but that's probably operator error). All in all - a great purchase.

Best Buy had this laptop at a great price for Black Friday. We bought one for our son and ourselves. It's fast and we've had no issues.

Probably the best and fastest computer I have ever owned. I am in school and love that I can write on the screen and make notes and draw diagrams.

I edit video & photo content for a living. I'm on my computer a lot, so I need something versatile and powerful. With the 15", 360 screen, i7 processor, and that SSD it's the perfect machine for me. It's increased my creativity and productivity a ton. The price definitely made it an investment but I have been nothing but happy. I've only had it for a few months so far, so I'm interested to see how everything holds up. So far, so good!

bought this for my mother, easy to set up, and show her how to use, replaced an 8year old lenovo, i have bought mostly hp's all the way since 1982. Good value, easy to use,hooked up 2nd hd moniter, runs voth screens easily, ( she is not a gamer). and best buy makes it easy , i told her if she didnt totally like it ,i can return it and try another, she doesn't want to . I have a stupid fast hp omen that i use for graphic design and to run a laser engraver and cnc router with 3d carving software, i have to push it with more than a dozen software applications open,to slow the cursor movement, the envy 360 will hold up to 1/2 that usage at once, , for the price , good deal, she loves the finger print open, , only thing i would say is agreement with others, hinge for screen, kinda sucks, if you want to touch the screen etc., you need to flip mode or prop a wall or cinder block behind it. I knew that buying it, but didnt change my mind for over all value and build, its a little screamer for $1000, and i couldn't convince her to wait for black friday deals, gracias for those best buy,,

I just purchased this laptop almost a month ago. I am constantly having issues with the fingerprint option not picking up my fingerprint, which is aggravating. Additionally, I had an issue where my screen kept flickering even after multiple restarts and running diagnostics. It stopped and has not happened again, however it worries me that something is wrong with it. I like the touch screen option and the system is very fast compared to my old laptop which took forever to start up and access a browser. This laptop is very fast. I thought that I would like the option to fold the laptop over and just use it as a tablet, however it is quite heavy to use in that capacity and cumbersome with using the onscreen keyboard.

This laptop is fast and has very good screen attributes. While I've only had it about a month now it does everything I expected. This is much faster then my 3 old Thinkpad with same amount of memory(12GB) and the only thing I can pick on is getting use to the larger key's on the keyboard which I'm sure I will get use too with more use. Overall, I don't think you will be disappointed if you buy this LAPTOP and so far it's been great.

This was a present for the wife. She loves the touch screen and that it can be a laptop and a tablet as well. Good price did not hurt.

Everything works great on it, isnt slow at all I love that its touch screen and basically a table and a computer in one no complaints

This computer checks all of those boxes. Granted, the 2-in-1 capability is a bit hard to work with, but I'm willing to put up with the loose hinge since I mostly just work with it either at a desk or in my lap. The trackpad is OK, would use a wireless mouse but if I had to use the trackpad only, I could get by just fine. So far the battery life is good too for a laptop of this size/price point, and I'm looking at about 5 hours at max brightness. It's capable of running the standard Microsoft Office suite, naturally, but can also handle light photo editing without issue. The speakers, also, are surprisingly great. Not incredible, but they make watching YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, etc. a fun experience.

This machine is amazing and did I say fast. It is light and very functional. Purchased on sale during Black Friday so the price was right.

I’m super happy with this computer. I’ve had a lot of very good computers in the last 10 to 15 years. I’m not impressed very easily but the speed that this computer boots up and runs apps is impressive. It’s a little on the heavy side but I actually like that because it feels like it was solidly built. I could see how that could be a negative for some.
