    I bought this laptop and within the day of having it, it froze! I thought nothing of it because it didn't happen for a while after that but then it started getting more frequent. This laptop's fan is ridiculously loud and terrible. Whenever you try to run this laptop at maximum performance the fan goes nuts and this is also when the laptop freezes the most (for me). I wish I could go back in time and just cave into getting an apple laptop and that's a lot coming from me. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS MANY OF US HAVE BEEN BAMBOOZLED. I hope you see this comment and mark it as helpful for others.

    I purchased this and returned it a week later. The PC is great and worked great. The issue was the WIFI card. It has the new version 6 card and would test around 300 md and then drop to 20 mb after a few tests. HP support wanted me to send it back so they could resolve the issue but I needed to send it back to them. I just returned it to Best Buy instead. Still looking for a new computer.
