Love the speed of this laptop. Really great specs but the screen isn't that bright in bright rooms. Really light and sturdy laptop. Would've kept it if the screen was a little brighter.

Out of the box, easy setup! Internet integrated flawlessly as well as software. I purchased an external disc drive as part of my purchase package to compliment the new laptop as most of my software was on CD. The 360 2-in-1 feature is great to use the device as a laptop or tablet. Great device, yes I would recommend to a friend and yes, I would purchase this again as it is an excellent value and very competative with like devices on the market.

The first unit died within 45 minutes of use. The screen went blank while using it and failed to pass the bios boot up process since then. The light on the Caps Lock blinks 3 short blinks and followed by quick 5 blinks. Tried everything including battery draining but no luck. Best Buy send another unit and it seems to ok so far. Cons so far. The edges on the bottom part of the laptop feels sharp since the metal covers are getting joined at the edges . Feels a little bit heavier than expected. Pros. Good performance experience so far. Latest CPU. Finger print login authentication. Camera lock switch. Slim design.

This computer is lightweight and super fast. It is ready for that casual user or the gamer in the home. Great buy for the price we got it for.

This laptop is lite, but substantial with a well built and beautiful body. The processor and SSD drive run any and all business applications flawlessly and without the slightest delay. The display is crisp and razor-sharp. The one downside is the tablet function is a lot hard to use with the size of the screen; however, the large screen and 360 hinge makes it the perfect laptop for presentations and business pitches in the tent format.

I've had this for a while now and I have to say, I love it. It was a big step, I'm normally someone who goes with a "middle of the road" $400-500 computer. But I never wanted to keep them for more than a year or so because the technology had advanced. I went out on a limb and spent over $1000 for this one and I'm glad I did. The quality is better, the functionality is better, and the tech inside blows everything else away!

Have not used a lot yet, but so far very fast & easy to use. No “learning curve” from my old laptop.

I have relatively few complaints about this laptop. It is on the larger side so I feel like it is more fragile. However so far it has weathered many trips to and from school/work. I like how fast it runs, how easy it is to use, and the storage it has. ***BEWARE*** I had to exchange this laptop before I even got to use it. Apparently it is prone to screen damage and the pressure exerted on the LED lights creates large, bright white spots on the screen. I think it is the large screen size. The guy at GeekSquad said that this manufacturer error is really, really common.

Great home laptop. Plenty of speed and storage. Boots up quickly, fingerprint scan is nice.

I was always a Toshiba laptop girl but after we purchased my daughter the HP Envy 360 two years ago I thought I would check more into it for myself when the time came. I needed a new laptop that could also function as a tablet for my new Real Estate career and I am not disappointed! The screen size is great and it works very well while I am out with my clients showing homes. Would highly recommend this laptop!
