Surprisingly awful

It overheats when only running a browser, the keyboard randomly switches to "insert" and can't be switched back unless the computer is restarted, and sometimes holding down the power button won't shut down the PC when it's frozen. Don't fall for the gloss of this product - it struggles to do the minimum and has invented new problems for users to work through.

Extremely disappointed

On March 25th 2020, the product stopped working. This is outside Best Buy’s return policy (March 6th). HP’s solution is to spend $166 on the extended warranty so that they can fix the product. If the extended warranty was not purchased, HP said it would take a month to fix. We’re all working from home during the corona virus closures. A month without a computer that was purchased less than 2 months ago is not a viable solution

Its gr8 until ur HARDDRIVE BUST

Luckily under warranty it saved my wallet where HP able to completely fixed it but all my DATA is LOST

The expense to get this corrected in terms of time and money was just not worth it.

Hinge Joints

It runs great and hasn’t giving me any problems beside the hinge joints that are moving. I don’t flip my laptop into the tablet mode a lot because of this.

Mouse pad issues

The mouse pad was not working okey. BestBuy changed and finally I got a Spectre. Anyway, while I used this model, everything else was really great.

Decent performance, terrible construction

Using the touch screen while in laptop mode shakes the screen way more than it should. Orientation of the keyboard during tablet mode is obviously backwards, they messed that one up. Why wouldn't they have the screen spin and fold over the keyboard like the Vaio does? Heavy for its size.
