    i brought this laptop one month ago. this is a new laptop but its get freeze if i use it for long time or use multiple windows. this is very annoying and make me sad because i had very high expectation on this laptop.

    Shockingly poor value for money. I had a hardware failure when it was just over one year old. HP‘s customer service was just not interested, unless I was prepared to pay an exorbitant price for a repair. It was a very expensive purchase for just one years use - not at all what I expected from a premium laptop (at a premium price) from an apparently reputable supplier.
