Bought this laptop after a miserable experience with my last Dell. I don't know much about laptops but I THOUGHT my last purchase was going to be a great laptop- how wrong I was. I spent two years dealing with slow speed, freezing, touchscreen AND keypad unresponsiveness...the works. My college daughters have HPs, both with SSDs and love them. So I gave it a shot and I'm very pleased! I've had this laptop about a month now and it's VERY responsive. So far no issues other than the sensitivity of the touchpad while I type...I accidentally touch it and it moves my cursor which is annoying but I'm betting there's a way to alter that....just haven't tried to find it yet. I don't play games or do much other than basic stuff- email, spreadsheets, Word and Google docs, watch a movie occasionally, shop online, etc. HUGE improvement over my old Dell. Fingers crossed it continues to be.

This laptop was a replacement for a heavily used desktop computer that supports home business. It was easy to set up, transfer files, and take on all aspects of the home based business. A much improved video experience with many different web applications.

great laptop I bought this for my girlfriend for her birthday and she was really happy on how fast and how great it performed. She uses it for internet browsing and school work. It's been 10 months and it's still fast boots up in 8 to 10 seconds.

The product is super-fast and can perform multitasking with ease. And the mouse pad is very good and the gestures are perfect .keyboard feels very nice when we are typing. The only disappointment is screen resolution is not up to the mark

This laptop is light enough but sturdy enough to carry around. Being 512 GB there is enough room to have all my pics and documents on it if I wanted....I like the sleek design and touch screen...I thought it was the best laptop for the price in stock.

This laptop is ideal just as reviews on it suggested for editing professional photos. The speed and touchscreen accuracy make it a quick process for getting my pictures completed. The only issue I have is that I should have bought it sooner.

Very powerful and great alternative. I was looking for the new iPad for work. With cover and Bluetooth keyboard it was going to be over thousand so I got this instead. I can use it as laptop or tablet depending on the situation. Cost me less than 900.

My boyfriend needed a new laptop, his was as bad, if not worse than mine (we both got new ones). At first, he purchased the Mac because that was the brand I was used to, unfortunately, his music software wasn’t transferring and the set up took him way longer than it should’ve. So, we returned it and got him this one. He absolutely loves it! He doesn’t use the turn into tablet feature much but he is incredibly happy with the laptop. Since he makes music, he needed a high performing laptop and this does just that! He no longer has to worry about moving the wrong way or touching the charger ever so lightly that the whole thing crashes. Also, the Best Buy member was super helpful! They understood our concerns, reservations and wants. We are both stoked about our purchases!

It was a breeze to setup. The battery lasts hours. It boots up quickly and there was not a lot of useless stuff already loaded. The fingerprint unlock feature is cool, but my favorite feature is the lighted keyboard. I haven't had a single issue.

One Month Of ownership the only letdown was that not even a basic pen was included or a keeper bay for one. outside of that the laptop is doing AWSOME, it is a GREAT BIG upgrade from my ASUS U 56 E that was a 9 yo laptop until it died in Nov. 2019. not big on Cloud based office sweet where you pay as you go so I uninstalled it and loaded my office 2010 and it works awesome I am also running Paperport v 14.5 it works great as well so to the point w/out any probem

Nice size screen, light weight and very fast. Only thing I would change would be darker lettering on keys, little hard for older people to see but nice that the keyboard lights up and bends backwards to use the touch screen easier.

Purchased for my wife so she would stop using my laptop. Wish it was mine. Blazing fast!!! Wakes fast. Did have an issue with screen once nut it must have self corrected. Owned for 5 months P.S. Wish it had spot for Stylus

Easy to set up and powers up/shuts down super fast. My bio login worked for a few days but beyond week 2, it no longer recognized my fingerprint. Minor disappointment. It does everything I need it to do and recommend this laptop.

Great laptop. I always buy HP laptops and this one doesn't disappoint. Very compact and lightweight but still has the ten-key I like. Does everything I need it to do and more. Was able to get it on sale, so that made it even nicer.

After a week of purchasing this laptop it would not turn on. Returned to Best Buy ready for a hassle but they gave me a new one with no hassle. I love the lightweight and touch screen.

Needed to Upgrade computer as my old one was nearly 10 years old. Changes in all the operational systems forced me to look at different computers to get back in time. The HP-Envy 2 in 1 helped me get back to a new starting point with update equipment. Very quick and easy to use. Nice lightweight to use for travel.

My first laptop purchase and have really enjoyed using this model for work at home. The speed is great and quiet use overall. Glad I went with HP since I had previously used a desktop HP and really don’t miss it at all!

This computer is the right size. It is light weight which makes it very portable. The size allows you to carry easily. Fit into any bag we have. Have another laptop but do to the large screen size makes harder to carry around. Love the fact you can flip key board out of way and use as a tablet with touch screen.
