This has been a great experience with Best Buy. From ordering online to getting the laptop sooner than expected. The performance has been great. I needed a laptop for business I travel and also work from home this is been lightweight boots up quickly I love the security with the fingerprint sign-on. There were some complaints about fan noise but it really is nothing to be concerned about. My only drawback was no DVD drive but I ordered a blue ray portable and works great. Battery life could be a little longer but getting 7hrs easily. I have not used the tablet form much but works fine and huge in tablet form. The backlight was a feature I did not think much of but find myself using a lot when in settings with low light and taking notes. Speaker system is good. Recommend a wireless mouse to make the experience better. Definitely recommend both unit and Best Buy.

I love the lightweight, but full functionality of this laptop. Crisp, beautiful display. Flips to tablet form with touch screen capacity easily if desired. I have also connected via HDMI port to my big screen television for easy viewing of media stored on the laptop. Excellent speed.

The Envy is fast and runs smoothly. Setup was easy and I was up and running in no time. Love the fingertip login and the new feature to shut down the camera to prevent hacking. it's lightweight and looks good. I have been a Dell user for a long time. Had to many problems and decided to try this HP. It was the best decision I have ever made!

I bought this laptop for my wife. She want laptop which is lightweight and easy to carry. So, she liked this laptop. The built quality was very good, and touchscreen features add cherry on the cake.

its pretty quick 2 in 1 the keys are nice so is the display love it, the versatility is great, but when those fans start running so does your battery if you are in a cool environment your battery will last bit longer and the screen its a bit reflective but no deal breaker overall not much to complain about so far money well spent.

This is an overall great laptop, and the design looks great! The 2-in-1 and touchscreen features makes it more usable to me. The fan noise is a little loud, that is if you put your ear close to it, but does not bother me at all.

HP- Envy x360 2 in 1 15.6" Laptop Intel i7 12GB -512GB SSD +32GB Optane Natural Silver finish works great. Had an Acer before but this computer is much improved. The best feature is it's keyboard. I type all day and this has the best feel and spacing of the keys. I have a lot less typing errors using this keyboard. No ethernet port so you have to use wireless. To get the best WIFI speed you need to to connect to wireless 5GHZ band. When I did that my WIFI speed went from 60mbps on 2.4GHZ band to 382.5mbps on 5GHZ band. Got is on sale at Best Buy. I use a lot of software so I opted for the 512GB SSD. Great screen too.

I had initially been looking for a Surface Pro machine but I saw how much more I could get for the money with the "HP - ENVY x360 2-in-1" and went for it. I'm thrilled I did. While it's not quite as light and portable as the Surface, it's still relatively light and it's a laptop so it's definitely portable. I love the keyboard. It's an i7 with 12gigs of ram and a 512gb SSD for hundreds less than what the Surface counterpart would have cost me. I'm also finding the 15.6" in screen to be a real help. I'm going to be using this laptop to zoom for work and school and appreciate the extra screen real estate. I usually have gone with Dell for budget laptops. The HP feels like I've moved up to a much more premium machine for not much more money. I'm very happy so far.

I am extremely satisfied with the HP Envy 360!! Easy to set up! Touchscreen! Super fast response time!! Love the fingerprint ID. Sleek and lightweight, with a nice sized screen. Only disappointment is there is not enough ports...but otherwise I couldn’t ask for more from this laptop!

Most of the products where chosen based on reviews from Best buy customers. So far, true to the products per our experience. It is very convenient to use multiple computers with these keyboard and mouse combined. Ergonomic wise, it felt comfortable and easy. Both finish and material looks classic and clean. The HP envy works well with what we need with our programs as well.

I replaced a Dell laptop and I am very happy with the decision to buy the HP. It is very fast and the 2 in 1 is a great feature! I would recommend the HP - Envy 2 in 1 laptop!

So far so good - Microsoft has a stronger (more annoying) presence than usual but I expect I will either get used to it and find ways to minimize it as time goes on. Graphics great SSD helped a lot with loading screen times when gaming. Have not used Tablet set up yet other than to make sure it works - I think I have two options already on board for voice (alexa & Cortana?) Love the fingerprint sign on!

I love this new laptop! Easy to use, fast, it’s a tad heavier than I expected but it’s not flimsy that way! Fair price too!

Great computer so far. No complaints fast and snappy the only drawback is where they placed the power button seems like a weird spot for it top row 6 button in from the right why is it not on an outside edge somewhere.

I bought this computer because of the many great features it has and the price. I have never owned an HP before but reviews were high most times except for minor esthetics I wasn't too worried about First computer I purchased, upon installing all my programs and setting it up for school it tells me windows has to update, he updates overnight, next morning i wake up and it had deleted windows by itself and kept flickering the screen on and off at random times. Since it was in the return/exchange time frame I take it in, geek squad tells me they will check it out free of charge and if it's a hardware issue they will exchange. Low and behold it was a hardware issue and they exchanged for a brand new one. I come home with my second computer and again update all drivers, and also install my programs which are basically office 365, Adobe, zoom, and mail and calendar. Thats it.. and again.. after two hours of using computer.. screen starts to flicker with lines in between, goes crazy. Shuts off and when I turn it back on.. as if nothing happens.. i disregard.. and continue working.. and an hour later it happens again.. TWO different computers in 3 days... Whatttt.. I honestly think this computer has so much potential but I think it has been cheaply made. If you are going to invest in the i7 version. I say pay a little more and go for a better brand . I am highly highly disappointed. I really wanted this laptop to work.. but 2 times.. i havent even owned the computer for a week. Sad.. please invest correctly

The laptop fan is very loud, and the bottom panel gets very hot if the fan works longer. My laptop got broken after 1.5 years after the 1-year warranty finished. The part that holds the monitor part got broken. I am sure that this is a problem related to the poor quality of the parts. I never dropped the laptop and used it carefully. I used and carried the laptop in a padded case, in specially designed for the laptop backpack.

From the first start, it has been much easier than other laptops and connected to my previous accounts to let me continue my life

The 1080p isn't regular 1080p it also has the Intel Iris Plus Graphics which blew my mind. It charges SUPER QUICK and it feels durable
