So far I like the laptop. It runs quickly and smoothly. I'm still waiting on Phase 2 of the Pandemic reopening. Then I need an appointment for my files to be transferred from the old laptop to the new laptop. Having access to all of my files on this machine will be great.

A most excellent lap top. Very easy to set up. Keys work well and computer speed is very fast and touch screen is very responsive.. Sound is awesome. I have read some reviews that the fan was noisy. This was not the case. Very happy with this HP Envy.

I love this laptop! The keyboard fits my hands well. The capabilities are numerous. I needed a number pad and was happy to see this model comes with that and is also touchscreen. I'm still exploring the possibilities of this laptop but so far I like what I see!

This laptop is great. The price is right and it is loaded with everything you will need to stay up to date for a few years. Touch screen, backlit keyboard and it folds in half to be used like a tablet. Not sure you could ask for much more with this one.

As someone who has purchased many a “Humble Bundle” on Steam, I was getting tired of a decent chunk of the games I purchased being unplayable on my Mac. There were usually enough Mac games in each bundle to justify the purchase, but it still became disheartening. Add onto that the fact that “upgrading” to Catalina rendered every last one of my 32-bit programs useless, I needed a change. I tend to be a console gamer, so I don’t own many graphically-intensive PC games but this laptop has been exactly what I needed. It can be a little awkward to hold in tablet mode (still can’t get over the feeling of all the keys being pressed while I hold it, even if they don’t respond in tablet mode) but it’s still nice to have the option! Windows 10 can be weird to navigate if you’re used to a MacOS, or even previous iterations of windows, but I chalk that up to just my own personal user preferences.

Everything was perfect with this laptop, especially starting it up at the beginning. I did not need new passwords or to download anything except to replace what was on my former laptop. Perfect.

I got this computer to last through grad school and so far it’s doing a great job. It’s so much faster than my last computer. The only issue is that my photo storage filled up a little too quickly so I had to buy more storage. Other than that, great purchase!

Love this computer very lite great sound system touch screen easy to use and hinges to switch over to tablet mode are very durable and secure. Has discreet magnetic strips in a silver finish to secure keyboard while in tablet mode. Very pleased.

The laptop is very fast and functions effectively. I choose it because it is core i7, 10th generation and it has been performing amazingly. Also, the design is lovely with excellent features that makes it appealing to me. The battery last long and charges fast.

I bought this laptop mainly for school purposes. It runs great. The design is nice and sleek and the display is clear. The only thing is that sometimes the fan gets very loud when I use it for my class meetings on WebEx, but that doesn't really bother me.

I bought it 15 days back and not giving battery backup for 3 hours. Not able to return it Cons : battery backup Fan too noise Pros : performance is good

The design is very good. No question about the design. But, The battery life is short, you need plug in charge every two hours. The laptop case feel liked plastic, when using the laptop, has to be careful to avoid broken. The laptop very easily get hot, and the fan is very noisy. The system performance slow, and running stop few times a day. also the touch screen performance very poor. it is 2020, but it looked liked 1998 touch screen technology.

Havent had a lot of time yet with this new laptop..replaced my old one that was 6-7 years old. Will take a little time with windows ten compared to 8.1 but love the touch screen as well as the lighted keyboard. Hopefully this lasts as long as the old one did..

Recently bought this laptop after having a Dell Laptop. This laptop by far is superior. The keyboard is easy to navigate and number pad a welcome addition. My next purchase will be a wireless mouse but the mouse pad functionality is also excellent.

I've thoroughly enjoyed using the new HP Envy. The battery lasts for a whole day of usage for me and is very fast and ascetically pleasing. I got it specifically for the purpose of starting school again starting this Fall too and have no complaints.

Fast system great for work! Apps open fast. Love that the power button is on the keyboard and not on the side. Love that the button to turn camera on and off is also on the keyboard. Bottom line: if you need a laptop for productivity, this is the one!

I was a little reluctant to buy this but I went ahead since it had the latest processor With 12 gigs of ram. This computer is more than what I needed it to do. I used to believed that more is better for future proof but I finally realized that there will always be one or more better than what I just bought. This computer does exactly what I needed it to do which mostly internet, light video and photo editing, and word and excel. I can draw and use it as a tablet too. It’s a solid machine and all it needs are the programs that the user needs. I have not played any very demanding games but don’t really play too many games other than CoC. It’s a very capable and solid home computer.

This HP is a great laptop for work. It meets all my needs, and it is also stylish! It's very lightweight and easy to carry around. The screen is bright and clear, and I appreciate the touchscreen. I would definitely purchase this laptop again!

I love how fast it is. It boots up pretty quickly. I easily switch brween applications with ease. It works seamlessly smooth. I also love how the keyboard lights up so I can do my work at night without disturbing anyone. Best of all, it was on sale.

Very fast! Very accurate. Very sleek. Gets the job done and very user-friendly. Love the number keyboard that’s on the side for ease of access. Fingerprint verification is also an added touch. Love it, well worth the money.
