Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the fast performance, touch screen, lightweight design, and reasonable price of the ENVY x360 laptop. They appreciate its speed, clear display, portability, and value for money. However, customers are negative about the fan noise, average battery life, weight, overheating issues, and limited number of USB ports. They mention that the fan can be loud during normal use, the battery life could be better, it is heavier than expected, it can overheat when charging while in use, and it could use more USB ports.

The size and layout are great. But, only one USB port is a problem. Also, right now I cannot get a connection with my printer. I was hoping after initial install I would be good to go. Not so. A number of kinks to work out yet.

I haven't owned a computer in 7 years so maybe i'm biased, but this one works pretty darn good. The only thing I don't like about it is that it runs kind of hot and the fan can be a bit loud sometimes. But otherwise I think it's great.

We bought this laptop as a replacement for an older computer so that my wife could work from home during the pandemic. This laptop has the speed and capabilities to run multiple monitors for her to be able to work at home full time.

This laptop great for workstation. Boot up speed for software that im using was absolutely fast. HP did a great job with their slick design of ENVY 360 rotate and involving touchscreen. And the fingerprint touch scanner was super fast.

I’m really impressed with this computer. I see the difference between SSD and the other drive! This computer is well made and the back lite keyboard is nice. The keys feel really good when typing. I would recommend this computer.

Was working on a online Zoom type project. My current laptop couldn't handle the bandwidth and load. Researched the HP Envy x360 with Intel Core I7. It met my needs and price point. The project was finished in no time.

its sleek and perfect size for what I need it for. I have a 17" envy its a big bulky. Hard to use in the car. This 15" is totally the right size. I can use a USB to power it. And its pretty light. Its more powerful and faster then my other envy.

Gift for my mom. It included nice packaging but when turned on well there was already one user on the laptop. I complained about this just after the return time ended not knowing about this issue. I asked best buy/geek squad managers that I could reach and asked them if this was normal. I also made them aware, you realize this was a gift for my mother who lives in another city and since I SENT it (best buy shipped) that it was normal. I wonder if that has happened to others and best buy did not care about the situation. I have purchased so much through best buy and looks like amazon may be way to go here shortly. Oh here's another my mom went back into best buy because laptop is out for repairs. They had to replace motherboard on this laptop. Well guess what (Laptop purchased late June) and it was sent out for repairs September 10, 2020. Yeah Covid excuse. I have been at work and didn't take days off for Covid and my other coworkers have been doing the same. SO PATHETIC EXCUSES FROM BEST BUY AND MY MOM HAS NO COMPUTER. They expect her to come check back in a week. Oh wait she did. They told her to check back in a week. They were mistaken. Covid excuse. Well here's my excuse, is it best buy policy to be wrong and tell older generations to keep coming back in middle of pandemic when they are the most vulnerable? I also am curious to underlying cause of this motherboard failure. Why did it happen and why is it taking so long? Plus why was there a user profile already on it when they first powered it on? Best Buy Corporate should actually do an investigation into this and their policies when telling people to keep coming back to their store during pandemics or do they care? I also feel that we should have received a new laptop instead having to wait over a month for repairs since we just purchased it in June. Since you can use Covid excuse, shouldn't that apply to returns as well or are your employee' health more important than ours?

Great speed. Ease of use. And HP support is fantastic. The foldable / convert to tablet feature is enjoyed because it is lightweight and with the large memory downloading drawing apps is easy and can be used with a stylus.

Works great for an all around touchscreen laptop. Has slight lag compared to top of the line laptops. Resolution is good. I'm not a gamer so integrated video is fine. Boot up is very fast with the 32 gb optane memory.

We got this computer to replace an old one and it works wonderfully! Have nothing but good things to say about HP. The touchscreen is an added bonus. Works well opening many apps at a time and doesn't big down. Very happy with our purchase.

This computer is light weight and easy to navigate. One button to turn off camera and microphone. Works well with Microsoft pencil. The fan can get a little loud if you’re listening for it. I very seldom realize it’s running.

The build and features are very good especially for my daughter’s first computer. Setup was very quick and she was up and running in no time. Some things she has to get used to are the keyboard and tablet mode. She said it was kind of awkward with having the keys on the bottom when folded for tablet mode. The sound is quite nice with the B&O speakers. The resolution on the screen is excellent and the brightness is fine for indoor use. The finger print feature is handy for quick access. Battery life worked well for her and lasted the majority of the day. Worked well for some moderate gaming without taxing the system. All in all a well rounded computer that should last all through my daughter’s high school years. Good bang for the buck especially if you can catch it on sale!

Great laptop. Only downside is the battery isn't the greatest. Seems like I can only get 3-4 hours of significant use. Other than that, after over a year of ownership it's just as fast as the day I bought it.

Yes, the fan can be a little loud at times. All this power in a small package does require the fan to work harder when you're pushing it to the limit. Easily competes with laptops running $500 to $700 more. Very happy with my purchase.
