Fast startup/shutdown. Clean graphics. Slim design. Couple people mentioned they didn’t like where the power button was located (on the keyboard), I didn’t mind it. Like the keyboard setup and fingerprint scan startup option.

Bought this for my daughter to take to college. Seems like a solid machine for the price. Not the elite like my Surface, and not junk like some of the cheap stuff. So far, no issues. Fingers crossed it lasts a few years.

This HP laptop is a super buy. It has speed, capacity and a 15.6 " screen. I have been an HP user for many years now because of the reliabilty of their products. This particular laptop is a super buy at the price.

I like the screen size 15.6in. The keyboard is easy type on and I like having a number pad on the side. What I have issue with is the keyboard is hard to see the keys. I wish it was a black keyboard with white letters instead of grey on grey. The lighting has to be just right to see the keys easily. The other issue is that it was running very quietly at first then after using the laptop for about two weeks there was an update and the fan started running very loudly. It did that for a couple of days then the fan is loud occasionally. That worries me. I wonder how long this computer may last.

With the geek squad’s help the conversion to my new laptop went flawlessly. I am very happy with my HP Envy computer. The fan issue is very minor. When it is on it is noticeable but not disturbing at all.

Battery life is on point. Love the backlit keyboard and touch pad is smooth. The biometric is really good too. I love the mute mic and camera off buttons. Will update in 6 months after I have really used it.

Let me first say I was very hesitant to buy this computer due the complaints about the fan noise. I have had this computer now for about a week and I have heard the fan maybe 3 times and it's no where as bad as I thought based on the other reviews. When the fan does go off it lasts maybe 20-30 seconds and then it's gone. This computer was a hugh upgrade from my previous one, I love this computer. The speed of processor and the ram makes all my tasks I do a breeze. I would recommend this computer to anyone no matter if its for school, work or whatever you need to do it can handle anything. I also like the 2 in 1 feature writing on the screen and using it like a tablet. The price was great as well, great value for what you get with this computer.

I don't use this computer for games. It is much more than I need. I love the speed and the features on this. My old hp was 6 years old. I didn't realize how outdated it was until I got this. I highly recommend.

Needed to upgrade the laptop since a couple years ago. This envy is just what I needed. The old laptop was really slowing down. During zoom conferences it would stop or freeze up. I’m very happy with this product.

I love this laptop. Was very easy to set up and use. Touch screen works great also, Windows 10 has some great new features and this computer is fast enough to handle all tasks. I highly recommend this laptop!

This is my first personal Windows laptop in many years. I wanted lightweight, slim, and an HP. I’ve only used it almost a month so I cannot give it a 5 star rating. But so far it’s everything I wanted.

Pros: The screen has good quality. Overall works well. Comes with free trials. Cons: It is on the heavier side. The keyboard doesn’t have a backlight. Overall the item is a good buy.

Bought this for my wife going back to school online. She loves it , the touchscreen makes things so easy. Light and great battery life, she can take it anywhere and get things done, not restricted to the desktop.

When my laptop arrived in the mail and I began setting my account up the process was so easy and manageable that I knew from there I wouldn’t have much trouble with this device, and so far all has been well.

I wish the battery would last longer when playing games. Maybe I should have got a different computer. This works great for other aspects of my use. I still would recommend this computer.

I love my new laptop! Set up was easy. Everything I expected in this HP product. Good size touch screen, like that the number keys are on the side for easy use. Overall just pleased with this product.

easy to use compared to most labtops, fast and reliable. when using older programs however can be buggy, but thats just isses with the software used in making thos programs while running them on compatability mode.
