Amazing, fast, quality machine! I bought this computer for my college courses and it does not disappoint. It is fast, it converts to a tablet, and it is built very sturdy. I’m glad I got this laptop.

This is an amazing computer I purchased it doing the Pandemic To help with meetings that I had to conduct.The computer was fast, easy to setup and easy to use.

Computer was great. Fast and you didnt need to upgrade to the higher HP line. This was what i needed for a fast working computer. Now, I dont do much graphics/gaming so this was perfect for my daily needs.

So far, so good. Its lightning fast. I haven't fully explored its capabilities but so far its MUCH better than the Dell we got last year that my daughter has now taken over. Nothing bad to report.

I was in the market for a new laptop & did a bit of research. The fact it was an HP, had an i7 processor, backlit keyboard and the larger SSD was a selling point for me. The 2-in-1 was not a disappointment!

Overall satisfied with this purchase. Good price and decent screen. I'd prefer a third usb which I didn't think about initially. No issues so far but still pretty new. At this point I'd recommend.

This laptop is awesome. Haven't had any issues and it's super fast for all the multitasking I throw at it. I wish the screen was brighter but it's not a deal breaker. Also got $200 off because of memorial day.

Adequate for more aggressive college programs and solid/easy to navigate. Versatile, great flip/tablet function with enough horsepower to allow for quick interactions. Nice boot time and awesome screen.

We own a slightly older version of this laptop that we bought in November 2019. One of our kiddos use it for school. So,, we decided to buy this one on sale for the other kiddo. We have no complaints on the older one. One day it would not work. We took it in for repair, but everything was fine on it. It has been using it ever since.. We just got this one set up. We bought it because the screen is slightly bigger than the 14 inch. This one just barely fits in the back pack. Our older kiddo needs a slightly bigger screen. We will give the 14 inch laptop to our younger kiddo.. Hoping all goes well. We have several HPs now. If not, I will update this review.

The PC is easy to use and was very easy to set up. The screen has a great picture and the graphics are amazing. The speed is excellent and the storage is great. Such a great purchase and I would reccond.

I love this laptop! It’s very fast, the sound and camera quality are way better than I expected. I think the battery life could be a lot better for a brand new laptop, but otherwise no complaints!

Punches above its weight class in terms of performance. Feels hundreds of dollars more than what you paid for. I'm glad I purchased this when a lot of other lesser laptops were on sale at the same time.

We bought this laptop as we needed a new home computer. It works as a laptop with a touch screen. Then you clip the keyboard and have a fully functioning touch screen tablet! Best of both worlds! Love it!

I've only had this for few months and loving it. My only issue is that it gets supper hot when I am charging it and the fan is too loud.

So far, I am extremely pleased with this product. It took longer than was expected to receive it, as there was confusion between Best Buy and UPS. Has plenty of memory, and is very fast .

Such a reliable laptop and great for everyday uses. Can't complain about such a well built laptop. For what you are paying for; 10th Gen i7, 12GB Memory and 512GB SSD + 32GB Optane; its a great price!

Touch screen, ssd hard drive, 2-in-one. These are the features I needed on my new laptop. Now if I can just get Windows to allow me to choose when I do the updates. That's why I also own a Chromebook.

This is a great laptop. Love the design and portability. It has run smoothly so far and the battery life is alright. The fan seems pretty loud, even when I'm performing very moderate tasks.

cons, it's a little heavy and the white letters against a grey keyboard, no matter how you back light it, are super hard to see. But, pros, works well so far. Great screen. Fast.

I like this new hp. It’s lightweight even though it’s medium in size. I like that you can sign in with a fingerprint. It has a nice design with a good amount of memory and I love that it is an i7.
