The HP Envy 360 is fast and also reliable computer to get the work done. Best Buy customer service was great and they know about computers. I highly recommend this product.

It is not heavy. The specs are everything you want in a machine for a low price. The only thing I did not like was the fact that it was not available in the dark ash.

Overall very good laptop overall. Comes with a lot of helpful features. I am very pleased with everything. The only comment that is negative is the fan is a bit loud.

I really Iike this computer. I play online games with mostly. The battery life is about 4 hours under heavy use so not too bad. The screen is very nice and the fan is quiet.

Its still early. I have only been using the new laptop for less than 2 months. I like it so far but unfortunately, it has a random problem that I'm trying to address right now with Best Buy Support (my first try with Live Support Chat didn't go well). We'll see. Very randomly, the screen starts to jitter and you can notice it in the text. Additionally, (and I think this is connected to the same issue) the screen will blank out for a few seconds and come back. Otherwise, I'm happy with it so far. I will likely come back and update this review with more use over time.

So far, the laptop has been fast without glitches. The fan runs but it’s not louder than any laptop I’ve owned in the past. I would recommend this computer to students like me!

Love the size of display, keyboard size, keyboard backlighting, and sleek look! Fan get a little loud when running certain apps, but all around great experience.

Great product. Works great. Like the fingerprint feature! Only negative is that the fan makes a louder noise than my previous laptop and gets really hot.

I wanted a touchscreen, 15in, computer with a full size keyboard. My HP ENVY x360 2 in 1gave me everything I needed. Setup was easy. It is lightweight. I would recommend it.

Great computer. Fast! Love having number pad and camera kill switch. You will need to download manuals from HP.COM, if you want them, only Quick Start guide in the box.

I purchased this laptop for my child for distance learning and it has surpassed my expectations by a multiple of 10+! I have purchased several HP laptops over the years but always filter for "Windows Pro" so this sort of machine never hits my radar. I have crazy laptop envy and will be purchasing this or something similar for myself within the next month as my laptop is pretty much over at this point anyway. This machine isn't available with Windows Pro so I'm planning to purchase the newest version of "this" and just upgrade to Windows Pro. Clearly... I highly recommend.

Excellent and speedy unit so far... too early to definitely comment on any performance improvements due to the combined Optane+SSD+12GB RAM, but boy is this unit speedy...
