Have been using this device for nine months and it is slowly dying. First the blue screens arrived. Ran sfc /scannow and there are no errors. Installed a core temp program and the CPU is overheating running Windows Defender. Not good. Will be taking this unit into BestBuy to have them resolve this problem. Most likely the SSD temp is affecting the CPU or the CPU fan is not moving enough air over the CPU. In any event, this is a defective unit.

Upgraded from a small dell Latitude that was many years old. This laptop makes that one look like a snail at a dog track. Doesn’t overheat, fast and incredibly reliable.

Nice to work with, love the touch screen and the keyboard options. Enjoy the ability to reposition the screen in numerous ways, even upright without the keyboard.

fast, great screen and keyboard although I wish the keyboard would light up. If it does I haven't figured out how to do it yet. takes up very little desk space.

I bought this laptop for my daughter to use for school. She really likes the keyboard and screen. Best But also had a student discount deal that helped with the price.

It is a light weight laptop like a tablet with a faster processor for $800.00. My younger son like to use it for his homework assignments at home and school.

I'm enjoying my new computer. Easy set up, clear screen (problems with my old computer), and nice keyboard. It was also super easy to hook to my HP printer.

This is my 2 Envy laptop. The first one i brought it from Best Buy in 2013 until June of 2020 it worked wonderful before that was a Desk top that i first purchased in 2005 at 14 st in Manhattan where the black and white cow was if anyone remember Gateway. Under much pressure from my husband and kids I brought my Envy it was a wonderful experience and because of the durability I went and purchased this on my OWN the only things is i wish the keyboard was black the silver with the light on at night is a kick and wish the had kept the speakers by Beats. I would recommend to anyone in need of a good computer.

I bought this computer to replace a computer that i had for 7 years. This computer was easy to set up - the system is quick and to date I have had no issues with it.

Great computer with a touchscreen and you are able to flip it. Other reviews mentioned the noise, I did not find that an issue. It’s been a blast to play with and learn.

Love how the laptop can be used as a tablet and also touch sensitive so I don’t have to use my mouse —- very clear and crisp screen —- lightweight so good for travel!

Laptop was easy to setup and works great. Solid state drive is a plus. The processing speed is nice. It flips completely to become a tablet. Glad I bought this laptop.

After setting up computer. Wifi kept disconnecting from server. I disabled the bluetooth, I spent hours waiting for customer tech support and I was told to download updates and prolong the power saving time to 5 hrs. Not sure if this really will solve the issue since I ended with a nice headache from troubleshooting and waiting for some sort of customer service assistance. I really need a reliable computer for college. Not sure if I should keep trying to troubleshoot this one or return it. Any advice is welcome..

Easy to setup and use. I've had many different brands of laptops and this is one is up there in my top 3. Little heavier than the others but is not a problem.

I use a HP Elitebook for business and decided from that experience to get this laptop for personal use. What I did not pay attention to was how much bigger (and heavier) it is due to the number keypad and the larger screen. I have had to retrain my fingers to be on the right keys of this keypad. Sounds simple, but it is not. Especially when you use 2 different laptops during the course of a day. One thing I do not like is the color of the actual keys. They are so light colored that they are difficult to read. It gets even worse at night, even with the lighted keyboard.

I bought this laptop, and I have really enjoyed it. My daughter has used it more. She loves the speed in which it loads, and the overall features. Great purchase.

This is a great product for the price. The i7 is super fast and the quality of the laptop is superb. Great purchase!

Aesthetically appealing. Fast. Operator friendly. Seemingly reliable. I really wanted a Dell, but settled on this HP and so far not disappointed.

Computer seems to have all the bells and whistles I wanted so far. Will mostly be used for basic everyday office things and may e some fantasy football for my husband.
