Love the computer. Great value for what you get on it. It is so much faster than our old machine. The screen is the perfect size for viewing.

Seriously awesome laptop. Haven’t even begun to tap its capabilities. Very thin and lightweight. The illuminated keyboard is a plus. Excellent speakers.

Processing power is what I was really looking for because I like to play Sims 4 on my laptop. In addition I have to do a lot of my work online now so I wanted a portable laptop with a screen big enough to allow me to work comfortably. This has met all my needs beautifully. It runs my game smoothly even with 10+ gb of mods. The screen display is nice and bright. It’s light enough to easily transport it around. Only thing is the speakers aren’t that great, but they are serviceable. Also I haven’t really used it as a tablet. I think it’s kind of unwieldy in tablet form.

I got this when my College went online and I love it. It is easy to use, has a touchscreen (which is a must for me), and isn't super bulky or heavy!

This laptop provides exceptional quality. The sound is great as well as the camera. It’s a very fast laptop doesn’t lag at all. Great quality overall.

Love this new computer. I have always gotten a Dell but when my beloved computer died during the virus I went off to Best Buy in search of its replacement. I had an in store visit and the sales associate Mohamed was wonderful. He explained each computer to me and explained the differences. I had certain needs for a computer and he helped me pick the correct one for my needs. The HP ENVYx360 2in1 computer fit all my needs. I am no computer genius so I need an easy to use and understand computer. It is great. I was even able to set up my printer all by myself. Great features !

Computer is very smooth to operate. Love the touch screen option,makes it very versatile. Still feeling my way around, but so far I'm very pleased.

Use for personal and college. At first fan was loud but after using laptop stand to lift off flat surface so laptop doesn't get hot I can work quietly.

A pretty decent laptop, it's fast, easy to use, responsive, the specs on this thing are really good too, it's powerful.

Purchased for my teenage son who is taking dj classes, and school work. Did not want to spend too much was right in our price range . So far so good.

This is the second one I have bought. It's light weight and dependable. Good battery life, fast. Great for school or work. Not good for gaming at all.

Love the fact that's it's a 2 in one but also a great laptop. Screen it crisp 1080p and clear looks great with hdr videos. It's mid-range processor is pretty good and with 12 gigs of RAM and optane multitasking is a breeze. Only thing I don't like is the non upgradeable ram. You pay for 12 you get 12 gigs non upgradeable. I do recommend this laptop still great for photo video and music editing. Also good for light gaming on medium and high settings depending on the title. Battery lasts pretty good for always being kept on performance mode.

Easy to use laptop. We love that it doubles as a tablet, back-lit keys, slim, lightweight and fast for what we use it for. Would recommend.
