I am super happy with this laptop! I love having the option to use it as a laptop or tablet. I am quite the multitasker and keep multiple (by that I mean 10-12 typically) and have had no issues with it getting bogged down or slowing down. It is great!! I was long overdue for a better laptop and was nervous as some of the reviews were mixed....but I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase!! A note about the fans running that others have mentioned...I have heard mine a couple times kick in, but they don't run "loud" for long.

I am very happy with my purchase. I always dread changing computers because there is often so many things which are different from the computer I was previously using that it makes the change-over frustrating. That was not the case in this instance. It was easy to begin using this computer and I am very happy with it. The one negative for me is that there is only one usb port which is frustrating since it doesn't come with a CD player and the only port must be used for that, for any thumb drive, and for the wireless mouse.

Love my new computer. Its easy to locate programs and is very user friendly. Great keyboard. Best decision I made when I needed to upgrade.

Really loved this computer. Just a little loud with the fan but overall its pretty solid and gets the job done for your typical college student

Bought this because schools went virtual and haven’t regretted since. It has speed and is able to keep up with everything that’s going on.

Overall satisfied with purchase. The computer is quick, easy to use and setup. Battery life is perfect for my use no issues after 3 mo. of use.

Extremely disappointed!! I bought this HP Envy with the expectation that Hewlett-Packard was a highly reputable name in the computer and hardware market place. Just one week after the one year warranty expired, the laptop is completely dead, the only sign of life is the power light does come on, nothing but a black screen with no audible sound of a fan or a boot up process. I took it back to Best Buy to consult the Geek Squad, was told that it is either the screen or the mother board, approximately $500 each either way, not including $80+ to have Best Buy send to Kentucky for analysis and repair.

Bought this laptop for work from home and grad school. Performs flawlessly. I've been using it for about 5 months. Every once in a while I will hear the fan, but noise is minimal. works well with peripherals. handles multiple application use well. Only a couple nagging issues. One is there is no right-side ctrl button. The other is I often hit the num lock button when hitting backspace or home and it would be nice if it at least had a light like the caps light button. But overall, I would hands down recommend this laptop.

Great laptop for the price point. Lightweight and easy to carry. Handles Adobe graphic design and everything else I need it to work on the go.

Same specs as pretty much all other laptops. Same software inside. Nothing specific stood out for this other than it had a good price.

I had purchased similar 17" in 2017. I replaced with this since I damaged it and a replacement seemed to be a good idea (touch pad not working). Pros: weight, the screen display is exceptional (edge to edge), the on/off is a distinct button!, camera on and mic is a distinct button, lite weight & fits in both my laptop backpack and roller bag. I can now take this along with me rather than lugging the heavier 17" or using a pc tablet. Data transfer done by Geek Squad and others were simply plug and play. Cons: no dvd r/w (have external on order_) .

I have had my HP ENVY 360 for 3 months now. User friendly, loads anything and everything FAST. Love my touchscreen and fingerprint to unlock.

Computer has a great picture and sound quality. Touch screen is convenient and would recommend or purchase again.

I shopped for a laptop for a few months and although my primary option was sold out this was a close second. Overall the biggest complaint I saw in the reviews was the fan noise. I do hear it kick on but it isn't loud enough to bother me, I was expected a louder noise I suppose. Another reviewer mentioned the back lit keyboard and the white letters blending in with the keys being an issue and during certain times of the day I see what they mean but again not a deal breaker. I have had this lap top for a little over a week and I am happy with my purchase.

The price for this product was a key selling point. It had all that I was looking for. Very happy with my new laptop and all the features it has.

No issues. Works very well. The noise from the fans are noticeable if you had a very quiet one before but its not a big deal. Not an issue

So far so good. It boots up lickety split. Have owned HP laptops for several years and always had good luck. This one is quick and light weight.

Great laptop but the super turbo fan is loud you can hear across the room.

I find this HP Envy touch screen laptop very compatible to my lifestyle and really like the fact that I can flip it and use as a touch screen.

I just set up my new HP-Envy laptop and so far have experienced no issues. Easy to use and set up but have not tried any projects with is yet.
