Great Laptop for Work and School

Excellent computer with great features. She loves the 2 in 1 feature and it is fast with the SSD, i7 processor and 12GB of RAM. I wish it had come with 16 GB. The 15.4" screen size was a little smaller than I thought it would be, but flipping it over to tablet mode is a great feature. We were almost going to buy a 13" MacBook Air and glad we didn't. This HP is beautiful and the screen is great. I definitely recommend this computer.

Overall agood laptop, but complicated to setup

At purchase I was discouraged from having the Geek Squad set it up for me because they "are busy". Not sure why i should continue with the annual subscription if they arent ready willing and able to help, esp with such an expensive puchase . I tried to set up the laptop myself, and got it 70-80% working. I can do the basics, but have to wait 2 weeks for a Geek Squad appointment to reload some of the software.

Big screen, great performance

I wanted something bigger than a 13 inch screen, and I always hated not having the number pad on the side like most smaller keyboards do. This fit the bill well. i7 processor, 12gb ram (odd size but for school work, more than enough), and it has the option to flip over to a tablet or tent mode. It’s almost too big to use in tablet mode, a 13 incher is probably the max size I’d use for that All in all, very pleased with the purchase
