Great system. Fast processor smooth keys. Loved the feel of the keys love love love it

My other work laptop crashed so I replaced it with this one. This laptop runs all my programs for work without any issues - multiple programs running at once and of course multiple windows open too. The IT guys at work were impressed at how fast it downloaded and installed the required programs. I've always been an HP user and they have impressed once again. The only downside to this laptop is it only has 2 usb ports.

I've had this laptop for a little over a year. I needed a new one for school. I think it was worth the purchase. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because sometimes when I touch the screen on the edges to adjust it, it makes lines go throughout the screen but then it fixes itself. Not sure if it's a known issue with these laptops or just mine.

I purchased this for my daughter for high school last month. So far it has been a great computer. It is quick and has a beautiful screen. The screen is a perfect size - not too big, not too small. She easily attends all her classes via Google Meet and does her work via Google Classroom. It also is great for watching Netflix. She previously had a school issued MacBook Air and the transition has been fine.

I am very happy with my HP ENVY, bought to close out the school year. On May 30, I needed to make an appointment with best buy to enter store. I would have given a rating of 5 stars if I hadn't noticed that one of the hinges is slightly misaligned. It works great now, but I'm concerned that it will cause a crack in the cover. This is what happened with my HP Pavilion after the 1st year of use.
