Took a beating in my bag but wouldn't charge when plugged in...Didn't see any reason not to go back. This unit has just as large a screen with higher resolution, touch screen, blazing fast and considerably lighter...finger print log in is sweet and easy. Just what Windows 10 was made for!

Overall a good computer

Sounds like you are on a plane getting ready to take off once in awhile. I bought lifts to try and keep it cool but they don't seem to help much. I will get a cooling pad next. It only happens a couple times a day and I am on it for about 8 hours straight for work. The screen size is good. The camera works well.

Great laptop

Only thing I dont understand is why the reward points for my purchases that day showed in the negative then positive. So its like I didn't receive the almost 700 points. I tried to call several times and can't reach anyone. Not cool they did it this way. Maybe someone here can fix it. I would like to be contacted about this.
