A little heavy to use when in tablet form but otherwise great product.

It has been a great laptop. Easy to work on love the touch screen.

The fan is LOUD. Charging and when it isn't. Has this whiney noise. The L key sticks. Once things settle down, I'll take it back to have it checked by the geek squad. HP missed on this.

The HP Envy x360 was a purchase I made for myself. Working from home required that I have a reliable laptop and the HP has been very reliable and easy to use. The battery life has been as anticipated which is always a concern when purchasing any electronic device.

I was having an issue one day because I had the camera off when I went to call someone over video chat. Now whenever I try to use it on that server it doesn't work but works on others. I've tried to fix it to no avail. So be careful with the camera! Other then that it's great and I love I can put my SD card plus charge devices that use double C adapters.

This computer was the size and weight I was looking for. The one thing that I did not factor in was not being able to add a camera cover because of the touch screen. So if that is important to you just consider that. The fan is not loud as I had read in some reviews so I agree with some of the other purchasers that the issue has since been resolved.

I love this computer. It's very powerful and with my fiber Internet is lightning fast. The fan is a little noisy so I bought a fan cooler to sit under it and it has been quiet since. Setup was really easy. I really love the metal case too. The picture quality is fabulous. I can tell a big difference from my previous laptop. A lot of bang for the buck.

I bought this computer after having 3 generations of HP Pavilions. This computer had better specs and I needed more memory and RAM for the programs I have to run as a Researcher. I also liked that it had a fingerprint scanner, which was a feature they had removed from the last Pavilion I had purchased. Was also told by someone in Geek Squad that it was a great computer and a good purchase. After having it a few months, I can say confidently that it was a poor investment. The computer freezes constantly and it has been doing so since a month after I bought it. It doesn't matter what program I'm using, the computer will freeze without warning and will require everything to reboot. I plan on reverting back to the Pavilion as soon as they up the specs.

The ease to set up and use as either laptop or tablet is amazing.

Waited 10 years to replace my HP laptop. I am delighted with my HP Envy. Everything I was looking for plus new features. Geek Squad sucessfully recreated the Windows 7 look for me, while keeping Windows 10 touchscreen features accessable. I no longer tudor or provide accounting services, but still need the capabilities of the ENVY for financial analysis.

It has been very easy to learn with. Quick speeds. Glad I went with i7!

I have had this laptop for about 3 weeks and am still learning all it can do, but I love the display and the versatility of the touch screen and tablet mode. I do have one issue and it may be "fixable". The sound often is not loud enough. I have tried resetting in the Settings, but that doesn't seem to make any difference. Any advice would be appreciated.

This laptop has been easy yo use right out of the box. It Replaced my several year old Dell laptop. So it is much faster. The battery lasts for most of the work day, then recharges very quickly. It is light weight. I like having the 10 key keyboard, it makes using excel easy. I like the 2 in 1 feature so after I use it for work, I can flip it around and watch a movie.
