I love my new laptop!!! Great buy! Very fast! ! ! !

Best Buy was the best thing during Covid. The were professional and so well run that I couldn’t understand why more stores didnt follow their example. Kudos to you and glad I gave them another chance. Hoping we have a great relationship. Great HP products!

The touch screen works fine. Nice camera and light weight

I bought this for us to use for Zoom meetings. The description for the microphone is what prompted my decision. May I say it has fully lived up to our expectations. Others have commented on the sharp clarity of our picture and the clear sound from our mics. We don't use this for much else, a few documents, etc. But so far we love it!

Happy with the laptop. Well made and easy to use. Set up was very simple. The delivery left much to be desired. The box came broken, open and it was wet. The delivery person left it out in the rain and didn’t ring our bell. Won’t have them deliver to my home again. I’d rather have them shipped to the store instead.

Powerful laptop and works well. Bought this for my son for college and all seems to be working well with the 2nd laptop. Within the 1st 2 weeks of ownership, the sound "card" failed, so we brought it to Best Buy and they just replaced it with a brand new one. Easy and great service! No issues with the replacement laptop. Dave

Everything about this laptop is topnotch. The materials used is very good. Love the fact that the keyboard lights up. Only problem with this is the power button which is one of the keys beside the delete key. Mistaken it many times and it shuts down the laptop. They need to move it out as part of the keyboard keys.

This laptop was purchased to use photoshop, illustrator, and run a business from. I know better than to expect detailed 3D modeling & rendering from it, but I don’t NEED that kind of power. The appearance reminds me of the ancient laptops used in public schools ~10 years ago. In case nostalgia is a factor for you.

It is ok but the battery life is not what i accepted

I loved this computer for the first 17 days I have had it. Then today the fan out of nowhere just got SUPER loud. I have spent all day on the phone with hp trying to resolve. They had me update bios, and nothing worked. They want me to ship it halfway across the country to fix it. No thank you. I don't even have to be using anything. Just from startup with a blue screen is LOUD noise. I can literally hear it on the other side of our 1400 sq ft house. I am returning this tomorrow.

Great laptop ….easy to use....fast and lots of memory

Very powerful laptop, which is expected from an HP. Was used for studying (primarily in tablet mode) and now for a home office. Only potential concern, one year later, is the durability of the monitor staying tightly upright after changing from tablet to computer modes very frequently.

Perfect two in one for a great price i love my laptop!

This was brought for my wife who is an interior designer. She uses autocad software and so far so good. No glitches or hesitation. Software is running very fast and smoothe.
