Great little machine. Big storage, fast processor. Only 2 tiny issues. 1) The little rubber strip on the back fell off and can't be glued back on due to screws under it. Better to use little pads, not an entire strip. 2) The machine continues to lose the connection ot the home WIFI

Very user friendly. Quality laptop with touch screen

I bought the laptop online on August and started using it just a couple of weeks ago. I have not been able to test yet all the functionalities. Until now, the laptop seems to be working Ok, but the audio. All the time, the audio keeps becoming distorted; when it looks like it is ok, this annoying and distorted sound comes again. Next time, I would prefer to buy a laptop at the store to test before anything. I live abroad so now it is difficult to request a change or devolution.

Good computer for the money, touch screen work great

ONLY HAD IT A MONTH BUT I AM HAPPY. KEYS FEEL GOOD. PAD GOOD. SCREEN TOUCH GOOD. MOVIE GOOD. 10 KEY FOR ACCOUNTING GOOD. TABLET MODE GOOD. BOOKKEEPING GOOD. QUICKBOOKS EXTRA SCREEN, THEN SWITCH TO TABLET AND SIT TO READ EMAILS. I USE IT LONG WAYS TO READ MORE. THE TOUCH SCREEN IS A NICE WAY TO INPUT AND TAP "ok".

I really like the computer, how the keyboard feels and the display is sharp. It is built very well and the hinges to turn it into a tablet seem very strong. Only thing is, the cooling fan is on 80-90% of the time and it’s pretty loud. If I can quiet it down or not have it on so much I would give it 5 stars

So far I've really been loving this laptop! It gets a little warm and the fan gets kind of loud sometimes, but as long as you put it on a surface that has okay ventilation it's just fine. I like the fact that it includes a fingerprint scanner and a number pad. It's pretty easy to use and the touch screen is nice to have.

I have always used a mouse and love the touch screen.

God experience. Only problem was lack of Geek squad for installation and questions. No reason why I could not drop my old computer with out contact and had everything transferrd and then picked them up again without contact as I was able to do when I picked up my new computer in Cherry Hill with a very smooth transaction.

Excellent Laptop for work or home use. It is fast, boots up quickly and the screen is very clear. I love the fingerprint reader and touchscreen. I do wish there was an additional USB port since I use a wireless mouse sometimes and can't use it if I need to print something. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase so far.

I bought this laptop 3 weeks ago. I really like it. It's easy to set up and use. I bought it to replace an 11" laptop. I thought being a 15" it might feel too large and heavy but even though it is bigger than the 11" it is still light weight and comfortable to carry around for me. I do recommend it.

Great price and great cuatomer service ...........

I did love this computer until one day I was using it and it went black and would not turn on, I tried charging it and everything. After 6 hours I tried again and after 10 times of trying to turn it on it finally turned on and said it has 95% battery life, so that wasn't the issue. I'm glad I bought the GeekSquad Protection Plan so if it happens again they can try to figure out the issue. To have an issue within 5 weeks of buying it and spending as much as I did it's pretty disappointing. I also have issues with the camera not working when I'm trying to have video conferences. Other than those issues it's been good for doing research and writing essays.

Love the touch screen and the fingerprint scanner.

It's still fast when I have several things open, the touchscreen and TouchPad are responsive. The screen makes graphics look great. My only complaint is the bloatware that's hard to turn off/remove, and sometimes the TouchPad is too touchy.

This has been a very good system for my daughter. She will be using it in college. I got this unit at a great price and it runs very quite. The keyboard and backlighting is excellent. Touchscreen works great and the keyboard has a nice touch. Very pleased with this product. My daughter has owned this unit a month.

After having the laptop for a couple of weeks, it's beginning to glitch already. When I have a lot of windows open, and am also music streaming, it starts to glitch, albeit briefly and without really interrupting use, just nerve-racking considering its brand new. There are also times when keystrokes or the touch screen don't respond accordingly. Hoping it doesn't become a worse problem and I just need to restart it. Aside from that, the laptop has been really nice. I like the tablet mode and the keyboard responsiveness. The screen is vibrant. Sound is a little hollow, but gets loud. Video quality is high. Overall enjoying it and hoping for a long life.

Replaced 7 yr old laptop with new HP envy. Sales guy pointed me to correct laptops for my needs, connected with Geek Squad for file transfers. Purchase same day with needs met. Needed connectors& a few other devices - sales showed me options immediately & suggested best arrangements. This is a satisfied customer.
