Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the fast performance, touch screen, lightweight design, and reasonable price of the ENVY x360 laptop. They appreciate its speed, clear display, portability, and value for money. However, customers are negative about the fan noise, average battery life, weight, overheating issues, and limited number of USB ports. They mention that the fan can be loud during normal use, the battery life could be better, it is heavier than expected, it can overheat when charging while in use, and it could use more USB ports.

My Sony was better. I still don't understand everything on this computer. The sales person over the phone lied to me. I wasted a computer with 3 usb p from ports. This computer only has1. Next time I'll purchase from someone else.

I love this laptop. It is very fast. Beautiful design and lightweight. Gorgeous versatile touch screen. Packed with all the bells and whistles. Amazing value for the processor, solid state, and memory. Occasional fan noise revs up and then stops. The benefits far outweigh the cons for the price. Excellent value.

I wanted a laptop that had sufficient memory, and supported basic microsoft software. It is a little heavier than other comparable laptops, but I plan to use it primarily at home, so the weight was not an issue. So far, I have encountered no issues, as it was easy to get it up and running.

I have always been a Dell customer, but they were sold out "worldwide" and I needed one NOW. Bot an HP ENVY x 360 and love it a lot. Like the feel of the keyboard, silver illuminates more than black, easier to read. Haven't used the "360" function yet. So far so good. Pleased with the laptop.

This I-7 Hp is very useful to one or more students on line classes. I bought this to stay longer for school projects in this pandemic. So far my users are enjoying, this is their very first laptop. I want this gadget to stay more user friendly for beginners like myself and grand children.

I have no complaints. It's a great PC for those who need a bit more power than something under $700.00 My only gripe is that I didn't purchase the model with Ryzen 7, or a model with 16 GB of Ram. 12 Gb is PLENTY for most people, but with music production and video editing, I'm slightly underwhelmed.

This has been a great purchase. I like how much thinner it is than my last computer which was a Dell and the fact that it can be used as a tablet is a bonus. It is very responsive and I have had no problems so far. The fan is a little noisy but it doesn't stay on for very long so I am not worried about it.

The Geek Squad setup the laptop. They did excellent job. I also had to call them for some additional assistance. I really like the fact that they can remote into your laptop. It’s so much easier having the Geek Squad fix any issue you may have. I would recommend more customers using this tech service.

I love this laptop!! I had use HP Pavilion for three years and wanted a new one. I’m a college student and it’s going to be perfect for classes. It has a huge screen and it comes on the second you open it to login. The speakers are weird though. They are under the laptop so it sounds muffled but it’s loud.

One of the selling points of this laptop was that Bestbuy states there is a Thunderbolt3 port. I was surprised to find out it does not support Thunderbolt at all. I would have returned it but I needed it for work and got a great holiday discount. Otherwise I am pretty happy about the purchase.

Good computer, powerful and has great features. However, battery life is not great. Kids have to take these to school to use ALL DAY. After 2 hours, it's already at 47%. Not at all what the specs said about it. I'm disappointed.

Please with the ease of setting up. Looking forward to using stylus, when I can find one for this laptop at a reasonable price. 2 in 1 functionality, has saved the need for external monitor. Display bright and clear. Only draw back was the purchase of extended warranty, which brought price up to over 1k.

Love the display with sharp, clear view. Has 4 speaker outlets which makes volume loud. Has a row of shortcut keys on keyboard that is convenient, just need to learn what they stand for. Great camera. Love the touchscreen! Nice and sturdy and easy to handle, very sleek laptop with quiet fan.

Very nice computer so far. I went from a test top to this laptop so it's been challenging, but I like it !!! Printing on the keys could be a little darker for us seniors but that's my only issue so far, I'm adjusting to them but that comes to mind. Still a nice item for the money !!!!

Needed a laptop for school. Always wanted the biggest screen possible like a 17". The BestBuy salesperson said that as a recent graduate, carrying around anything that big would be very cumbersome and difficult along with all your books. She was so right! Purchased this 15.6" HP as the BEST bet.

I bought this Hp Laptop brand new. I wanted to go back to Hp from Lenovo because my printer is Hp. First time I turned it on, it was plugged in. After setting up my account and all I turned off the Hp Envy Laptop. When I tried to turn it back on, it would not turn on. I even plugged it in and it would not turn on. I held the power button over 30 seconds the first try and it would not come on. I was paranoid because during these hard times I spent more money than I should have on a laptop. The 5th time it worked. I logged in and turned off the laptop. Sure enough, it would not turn on. After a few minutes trying to turn it on, I finally got it on. I noticed that it had to be plugged in and you have to play with the power button and get lucky for it to turn on. I removed my info and reset the laptop because I knew I had a defected item. After the day of pick up, I returned the Hp Envy laptop the next day. No, I would not recommend this Laptop especially for the price. Nice and sleek design but not worth it compared to other laptops in this class.

I researched quite a bit before buying a laptop. HP Envy seemed to have all the things I wanted, even though I wish it would have 1 TB of SSD instead of 512 SSD. Overall I’m happy with the laptop and I learned that Windows 10 is not as difficult as I feared. I’d been using Windows 7.
