The performance and overall functionality was great but the fan noise was excessive. After chat sessions with both Geek Squad and HP determined there was nothing more to do I decided to return it and replace with another brand.

This is my 4th HP Envy. I keep getting them for my family. It's the only laptop brand I will buy now that Sony is out of the computing business. I've owned my first HP Envy 360 for over 3 years and it is still the best laptop I've ever had! Just bought this one for a family member.

I purchased this for my husband, since he was using mine so much. I have the intel core 16 and have enjoyed it. I especially like having the numbers on the side of the key paid since I work with numbers all day. It makes it so much easier. The intel core 17 is just the updated version of mine.

I bought a first one online; when it arrived, there was a line on the screen when we turned it on. Brought it back to the store and got another one a few days later! Love the service. As for this pc, I need it for some basic office work and browsing, so I'm satisfied with it.

I bought this computer for my high school junior who is distance learning and taking college classes on line. It more than handles everything he needs, and he's able to game with his friends as well! Tons of power, memory, storage, and speed for whatever he needs, and very well priced.

Great size, good screen. No numlock indication, but does have power and capslock lights. No stylus. I don't use a stylus much but it's nice to have one built in that also recharges it like my Acer had. Overall very nice laptop and touchscreen. I'm happy with my upgrade.

I got this laptop for my girlfriend who suffers from glaucoma. The voice command helped her alot with setting up in enlarging print, mouse icon, and changing colors to brighter ones. She's starting her masters degree this August and her laptop will be more than ready to help her achieve this!

HP Continues to Deliver High-Quality products. My third HP 2 in 1 and they deliver quality, good pricing for features. the only thing I would have done differently is to get a larger hard drive first one had 750GB. Love that power button is top, backlit display in low light conditions.

In a difficult time, the Best Buy rep was very good in his listening to our requirements and making good product suggestions and comparing products considered. The transfer of things from the old system to the new system was well handled without the normal face-to-face session

I read the negative reviews prior to purchasing. They spoke of the fan noise and honestly, I've yet to experience it. The camera is good, could be better but compared to my old one I'm not complaining. I got an amazing deal during the memorial day sale. I am satisfied with this purchase.

Was very much surprised at the capabilities, convenience and options with this 2 in 1. Was used to a 17" laptop, with all the bells and whistles. This one has exceeded my expectations. Setup a snap, Geek Squad was available for a minor "user error " glitch. Could not be more pleased.

My daughter needed a laptop for college and wanted an Apple but I refused and bought her this Macbook wannabe and she loves it. It has not been a problem at all, although I have heard some people had issues with the charging port and fans, this one has been ok thus far.

A few weeks in, occasionally it has to reset seems like it doesn’t have enough memory or speed to handle multiple tasks and the fan is extremely loud and runs often said my first HP laptop and it’s off to a bad start...

Purchased this laptop for work. I’ve had an older version and decided to stick to what was working. This one is slightly smaller so it fits in a backpack better. I’m in outside sales and this laptop handles my reports, graphics I need and communications with customers.

This HP envy has made virtual teaching so much easier for me! It is compatible with various platforms that I’ve needed to use. The 2-1 is a great feature and and the quality of the camera is awesome. The only downside is that you have to purchase and install windows 10 separately.

I thought I had bought the best computer I could get, but I wasn't good enough. I called for help from 4 different people at HP. I couldn't get "continue" to work. I gave up & returned the PC. Next time I buy a computer, it should already be set up. I am not going through that again.

I will say I was not easily persuaded to get this PC because I wanted a bigger hard drive, but then realized it had other features that out weighed it and I will say it was the best decision I made. I can take notes so much better now and my gaming experience is much better as well.

It overheats way too quickly. Its hard to really work if the computer slows down from it being too hot even with the fan I bought. Its ok for a child or for entertainment but not work.

I purchased the HP Envy and I'm thrilled with it. There is still so much to learn about it but I'm loving learning on it. I'd highly suggest the HP Envy as well as making your purchase att the Jensen Beach Best But. I've always found the staff friendly, helpful and professional.

This laptop is great for students and the portability on this laptop is awesome, it is heavier than the 13 inch model, but it is not a big difference, I recommended it because it is very fast, but the screen is only 250 nits, but if you use it At home or office it is very excellent.
