This new HP laptop has a lot of new features that I will gradually figure out. Programs that are unfamiliar to me, for example. The machine itself has a fan problem that HP help agents worked on remotely, but I'm not sure it has really been resolved.

I was very hesitant to buy a new computer. I had an Acer for 3 years that was so fast but my husbands computer died. So I gave him the Acer and bought this computer. Super fast, great graphics, and the sound quality is amazing. I highly recommend this computer!!

I’ve had a hell of a time with a very persistent virus worm malaware or what ever the 1000 program infestation is. This Computer can be regenerated with the available support of HP and Microsoft. Otherwise I’ve gone though over 15 others just this year.

Pretty easy to use but thank god I signed up for geek squad tech help because scanning creates PNG files instead if what I need (PDF). They helped me though it in no time. Thank you good squad Make sure you have everything you need before you buy

This laptop was the upgrade I needed. It has everything and able to handel and run multiple large accounting software programs at once. The camera could be better, not that its bad. Just would have liked a better camera for the ultimate complete package upgrade.

This is a excellent computer. I'm very happy with it and seriously happy that I chose this model. Anybody in the market for a great computer that's not to pricey this H.P. model would be an excellent choice. Don't forget to get it at Best Buy!

This is an excellent laptop for the configuration that it comes with. I love the crystal clear display and the sound is excellent. I use it for coding and running programs, softwares at work. All in all a great deal for 850$ on memorial day sale. I'd recommend this.

I'd worked exclusively on desktop computers for twenty years before purchasing this after high praise for it from educators teaching remotely on it. Lots of options, bells and whistles. The Windows 10 takes getting used to; still, it is a real Daimler of a machine.

4 1/2 stars...... I'm very happy with the purchase. This one just replace a 11 year old HP Lap top computer that was great for so many years. I just hope this one can give me many years of service as well if not better. So far so good!!!

This computer was my first laptop for college, and I love the sleekness of it, along with the functionality. One nice plus is the camera shutter button, which allows me to disable the camera. The keyboard is easy to type on and it's overall a quiet laptop

I have had this model since July 2020. It is a good computer. Only complaint is sometimes the content on the screen will shake or it goes black. It is also kind of heavy compared to other laptops I've had. But overall a great buy.

Excellent laptop from HP read the specs and compare to others. Buy on sale and add student discounts when available. Got a really great deal on this from the daily price. Ended up buying another on student discount as virtual learning is now the norm.

Purchased this laptop to replace wife's 10+ year old Dell laptop. Preferred HP just because of great experience and quality. Reviews were great and the laptop works better than expected. This was a great buy and deal also. Thanks Best Buy for the purchase!

I am using this little beauty as i do this review. i love it. it has been the greatest purchase of 2020. It has keyboard lighting and its a very good lighting. you can turn it on and off. it can get a bit loud but nothing that will distract you.

I was looking for a good and fast laptop and I found one. The laptop is light and handy to carry around house or on the road in a hotel. I was able to find good plug ins for CD disk driver and power- point/video projector. Very satisfied. Thanks

I purchased the HP ENVY worried about the fan noise and I must say I pleasantly surprised it's very quiet. A friend of mine has the same laptop that they purchased a year ago and minw is not as loud therefore for the price, I've very happy with my purchase!

I have had a really positive experience with my HP Envy x360 2 in 1. However, the laptop, while being under a year old, has presented me with an occasional touchpad problem. Overall, I recommend this laptop to others.

Works greats! Runs quickly and smoothly. It's a great feature to use as a laptop or tablet if needed. Having these options makes it easier to work on the computer. Battery life is amazing!
