I originally purchased an ENVY in 2013 and had no problems. In 2020, needing another laptop, I decided to get another ENVY. I never had any issues with the first one and this new one is working out great too. Nice screen size and good value.

When I decided to buy this laptop I didn't know much about HP, but since I've purchased it I have learn a lot about it and I absolutely can not get enough of learning more about it as I use it. A really great purchase and I am glad I bought it.

By far the best computer I have ever had. It is light to carry and the screen shots are crystal clear. Everything loads so fast that there is no time to do anything else but get to what ever needs to be done on the computer.

The sales associate did a great job with the recommendation of this computer. I teach online and reach students from across the world and require a reliable computer with specs that can meet the demands. This has been a great experience.

I have only had the computer for about a month but so far, I love it. I have used Apple for so long that it has been really nice and easy switching to PC since it works better for me with school. I really love the big screen, as well!

There was limited lap tops which you have no control over. One came in that was returned or an open box one. I was told it was checkout out by the Geek squad and so far I’m very happy with my purchase. Staff was very accommodating.

Great machine. The SSD makes it extremely fast on boot up and shutdown. Great with the extra memory as well most machines come with 8 or 16 GIG. I wanted more than 8 gig but didn't like the price jump for 16 gig. Perfect match

First laptop I bought was a dud and they exchanged it no questions asked. When it arrived though they didn't send the email to my primary inbox so I didn't know it was there for a few days. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase

The colors on the screen are very vibrant. The screen size is large. The on switch is located in an unusual place in the middle of lots of keys. On other hp laptops the on switch is at the side which is easy to get to.

The HP Envy is great, I'm very happy with my purchase. I'll be happier when I get all my files & programs transferred. LOL! The screen is bright and very clear. The keyboard is easy to type on, the computer boots up quickly.

My wife had been setting aside her need for a laptop for her job. She finally decided she deserves something reliable and easy to operate. Once Geek Squad finished the set-up, she picked it up and starting using it without any issues.

Once I took some time to sit and play with it, it’s quite easy to use. I’m not the greatest with computer's so it’s taking some time but working out great. PS. My salesman was fantastic by the way. Great experience shopping at the store.

So far it works great . I just wish I came with a stylus. I haven’t had it for to long but I did notice that the screen sometimes become brighter or dimmer on its own depending on the amount of light in the area that your sitting in.

This computer is beautiful, fast, and all-around great! I especially like the fingerprint key, so I don't have to type in my log-in, although a log-in password can be used instead of or in addition to the fingerprint reader key.

This HP computer is well worth the buy. I had some help from a sales associate and I'm happy with the purchase. We've never had any issues with this computer since we bought it and I would recommend buy another one.

Its a great laptop. So far I had not issues. However, one thing I would have loved was to have more USB ports and not have the small cover thing on the right side USB port, which is annoying. Apart from that everything else is great.

This is my 2nd Envy with Bang & Olufsen speakers. The last laptop (2015) speakers lasted quite awhile before the speakers did nothing but crackle and pop. I was told it was a long known issue, but there was no fix. I had hoped that when getting the newest model (2020) that HP had finally addressed this issue. I received my laptop 3 days ago and the speakers make scratchy noises. Otherwise, this is a 5 star laptop. It's just disappointing that the speakers are 1 star right out of the box.

Overall the computer is pretty great, but the only thing that I was surprised was for the price it didn't come with a stylus pen that is compatible with it. Love the feel of it and how sturdy it is even for a 2-in-1 laptop.

I'm glad I purchased my laptop no problem working my way around it. The gentleman that helped me new everything about the HP. I explained to him what I needed to do with it and pointed me in the right direction on point thank you

This laptop is good but the layout is confusing until you get used to it. Example: the Power button is on the top row mixed in with other buttons vs. top left.
