I had my hp envy touchsmart for 7 years until it finally died (rip) I figured I’d stick to the brand I know and like, so I upgraded to this one. I’ve only had it since September 2020 and it sucks. Overheats while charging, touchscreen and touchpad are both intermittent. It has a sleek design and is nice to look at but I can barely get through typing a word document without it overheating and the battery losing its charge fairly quickly. Screen is too shiny and reflective to see all of the lowlight in movies and tv. You will 100% see your reflection for the duration. Will be replacing this ASAP.

Setup was simple. Heavier than expected, but has the features we were looking for. My only complaint is the difficulty finding a compatible pen. Spent way too many hours online and trying to decipher the HP website for help.

This was a graduation gift to a student planning to major in business and the full keyboard (with 10 key pad) was important. Even with the larger screen and keyboard, the weight and size were very manageable for a student.

Loving this so far! The size is perfect, it’s got a good speed and processing ability for my heavy browser use with multiple open programs. Simple games run really well!

My daughter joined engineering college. I wanted to gift her something that would be useful educational tool too. When I visited bestbuy I started searching for a meaningful gift. I had iPad on my mind but that appeared to be flimsy, just for executives. All in one, good but I know cannot be carried around. I found HP - ENVY x360 2-in-1 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 12GB Memory, to be both functional & attractive as a gift. Due to tight budget, I bought an open box item but it was having battery issues so I got it changed by paying $300 extra to new one. I am happy I took the right decision.

The computer was easy to use and set up however it does cut out at times and you have to keep refreshing it and turning it back on the tablet is OK however you don’t get as much use out of the tablet side of it!!

This was a very great store and place to shop I had bought a laptop and went back in to get my student discount! They were very helpful and informational! Great store will be shopping again!!!! Nothing but good things to say!

This is a good computer. It seems to do everything that I want it to. However, you just have to get used to the fact that the fan gets pretty loud sometimes.

I got this because I planned on using it to do a bit of business work as well as having a quality laptop to take with me for basic uses. That it is good for especially since I don't have to borrow someone else's computer.

I really enjoy this new computer. I have an older HP and this really is a whole entire level. It took a little adjustment to get used to the interface and how to operate everything but overall, I really enjoy the purchase.

Lots of research to find this "Goldilocks" PC. Everything is "just right": screen resolution, touch screen response, tablet conversion, solid feel, fast processor, right size. Perfect for small business, home or student use.

I bought this for my son, so he could participate effectively in distance learning. School starts soon, and I believe that it will perform excellently for him. We have been impressed with its processing capabilities so far.

Got this for grandparents. Took a little while to transfer from the old computer. Very easy to use and grandparents approved. Good value for the price

I am so happy with the size and the fact there is a keypad! I highly suggest keeping the “switch to tablet mode” question as “ask every time.” When I turned this feature off, my computer would randomly switch to table mode.

I purchased this laptop due to the need for my virtual learning for my students. I have not had any problems using it for my zoom meetings with my children and for all my other needs in my classroom. Great investment!!

I connected this to a docking station and use it with a HD HP monitor for great business documents and graphics. When I disconnect it, it is also great for home and recreational use. The display is fantastic on its own.

Love this HP envy laptop! The blue light backlit keyboard is beautiful and makes typing in dim light effortless. Delivery to my home was easy and hassle-free. Best Buy is our go to for tech stuff every time.

Glad I went with the Intel Core i7 processor. It is faster than others that I actually bought and returned. My second HP Envy 360 - the other one lasted 8 years. This one seems to perform just as well so far.

Bought it for son to take to college. He's a junior now and still working great. Will get something similar for next son leaving in fall.

I absolutely love this laptop. The screen quality is great, and so easy to use! Very happy with my purchase. I got the 15.6 and was skeptical about the size, but it is plenty big so I am glad I stuck with the smaller one.
