I like this laptop, but it was an adjustment as I am used to the larger size laptop. Adjusting to the keyboard took time. So far, it does what I want and I love the placement of the fingerprint reader.

Absolutely love my laptop! I’ve had it for a few months now and not a single issue. It’s soooo fast and stays charged for long time. It was a great price and it’s everything I wanted plus more.

I got this 12GB computer rather than a 16GB one to save some money. But it still is working very well for my son who has been using it for mods and computer programming! It has exceeded my expectations!

The love this laptop. I got it for my kid to start college along with a Wacom bamboo pen and together, they’re perfect for taking notes and organizing her work. I’m buying another one soon for myself.

I got this laptop starting my college year back in 2020, it’s safe to say that i haven’t had a single problem with it! i love this laptop.

I rated it average because this laptop lags A LOT and sometimes just exits all of what I'm doing on the laptop and goes to the blue screen that says it couldn't load the content. When I play music and type at the same time, the songs kind of stutter. Plus side, I can run programs on it such as solidworks and it's gotten the job done for my schooling needs but for the price, I would've went with the spectre if I'd known it would have so many glitches.

I had it for 2 days and everything was ok the only thing that bothered me was that noise and I returned it!

I purchased this laptop for my daughter to take her college courses and it has been a really nice upgrade and worth the extra $$ for the SSD and better processor over others I saw in a similar range!

I bought this for my wife but you keep sending me information about and I don't use this computer and don't know how well she like it. You need to send information to the user I gave it as a gift.

So far works well and fast. The only down is the finger print security access, not working all the time, and seams to be a flaw on the reader. In this case easy access with your password.

This is my first laptop and I couldn't be more pleased with it. Love everything about it. No complaints and I will never go back to a desk top again. I will definitely not go back to an iMac either.

I love the 2 in 1 ability of this laptop, speakers are super loud which is great when listening to music or watching netflix. This laptop is also very fast and has a pretty decent battery life.

Has everything a laptop would need. Bought this for grad school after my laptop of 8 years stopped working. Hopefully this one will give me several years as well.

Bought it for my wife to use for school and she has had no complaints very nice feature to be able to use as a computer or tablet how ever you wish also very powerful no lag no slowdown.

My son loves it! Screen is super clear & very user friendly. He often has multiple screen open, as he researches market trends & buys/trades frequently & the speed never fails. Great laptop!

I had been looking for a computer that had many features above and beyond the normal features in this price range. I came along the HP-ENVY and have been quite satisfied with its performance.

Staff helped me select exactly what I needed, at a good price, the shipment came in a reasonable time, and it works fine. If problems arise in the future, I know that computer help is available locally.

This is my first laptop driven more by space constraints than any desire to use it portably. I have always been happy with HP equipment, and I don't expect this purchase to be any different.

The symbols are very small and hard to see and everything is in a different place than my desk top. I am adjusting slowly and am beginning to love it . The Geek squad helped a lot.

My son is going off to school and needed a laptop for his studies. This computer was a better deal than another one we looked at for $50 less, because it has a faster processor, more memory, and ram.
