I can multi task and get my homework done. I did my research before buying and honestly this was best one for me. My only problem is that it keeps trying to update the BIOS System.

This computer sucks, everytime it freezes it turns off and the screen goes black. Last time I had to call HP for them to fix it. Ridiculous their quality has gone done the toilet.

This is the 6th laptop we've purchased since March this year. All are working great. It was a challenge to get workers set up to work from home quickly. HP made my job so much easier.

The laptop itself is fast, sleek and it sound is very good. The only negative is after 16 months the power supply is only charging intermittently.

it has a good battery life. Pretty quick for the price. My only complaint is the screen resolution could be better but at 1920x1080 it's not bad. Just spoiled with the last one I over paid for.

Great laptop. No complaints at all. It took me a lot to decided if i wanted Apple or this HP Envy laptop. I decided to purchase this because some programs are not compatible with Apple.

I like most everyrhing about this laptop. It met all of my expectations. My only complaint would be the background color on the keys is hard for me to see be abuse they are light.

The only things I would say i think is different is where the power key is positioned and labeling. The camera seems to be grainy. Besides that it is a very good computer.

I bought this after returning the HP spectre This is a much better buy. Only thing that could increase my experience is improving the digital screen or creating an option to buy 4K HD

I have been using my new HP Envy for about three weeks. So far it has been great. I use Zoom and Microsoft Team meetings often and I am very pleased with the camera and microphone.

Normally we don't hear fan noise. But this one we can hear good fan noise and heats up fast as well on random time. Rest all looks good.

The laptop is so beautiful and sleek. I recommended the product to 3 friend and they had the same experience. Easy and great processing speed, nice speakers for music.

Took a few days to get here but I finally got and it was worth the wait ..perfect size plus the keys feel so smooth when you type ..it’s Perfect

i have not bought a computer in over 5 years and after looking at so many reviews from different laptops i decided to purchase the envy 360 and i can honestly say that this laptop is amazing.

The staff was great! I will continue to buy all my electronics from them. Thank you guys, I love my computer and the great price I received.

Perfect for School! I got this laptop for college and it has worked great. It did have a time where the Mic wouldn’t work, but it still works well!

I have had this laptop for about a month now and I enjoy it. I like everything about it except how hot it gets. It gets so hot that sometimes I can't put it on my lap.

I really like my new computer after struggling for several years with a malfunctioning laptop. Best Buy tech support did a great job of setting it up and, so far I am very pleased.

Bought this to share with wife. She uses it for a part-time consulting business and I use it for managing my properties. Does everything we want quickly and has good battery life.
