I had the laptop MAYBE two months and it shut off.... never turned back in nor would hold a charge. I took it to a repair shop who stated I would need to buy a whole new laptop because the mother board was majorly damaged which doesn’t make ANY sense to me but whatever. Unable to get a exchange, nothing!! I love the laptop itself but everything else did not make me want to refer them again.

looked great great resolution and graphics, but the fan was Very noisy.

HP never disappoints and this one has not either, love it. Long battery life, easy to use and stylish! Bought one and had to get another for my wife!

I absolutely love this laptop. It does everything I need it to do for school and more. It’s extremely powerful and the battery life isn’t horrible either.

I needed backup for my desktop when I wanted to work at other parts of my house, meet subcontractors for coffee or clients for group presentation...this is a robust computer!

This computer has all the right features; however, it was somewhat heavy and had a very loud fan. I ended up returning it.

So far so good. It starts quickly. I like that the camera can be turned off. Still figuring some things out. I believe it will be a good purchase as I start school online.

Works well. Fast. Setup was easy self directed with no glitches. There was two weeks support if I felt it was needed. Attractive overall design. Good screen quality.

I had the best Chromebook I could ever buy, until I started back to school and I needed a particular program that was not compatible. I saw this beauty and the grade is in.

My older Envy has a bit more power but this one has more memory. Over all it seems to be working well but the finger reader doesn’t work as well as an iPhone.

Good computer overall. Holds up pretty good. Only problem I've encounter is overheating, but this can be prevented by closing unnecessary apps on task manager.

This worked out perfectly for me. I work a lot with Office 365 doing a lot of projects for church. Very pleased with the price and the speed of loading up my programs.

I bought this to replace my 6 1/2 yr old HP laptop. So far, it is great. I love HP products because I have had many different ones and they have all been very reliable

My favorite laptop yet! I wanted a larger screen but it’s still thin and lightweight. It’s quick, doesn’t bog down and no issues yet.

Enjoying the sleek modern design and I have been a HP Laptop purchaser for years. Laptop is performing smoothly and very responsive with minimal start up time.

The laptop works great. You can have several tabs open at the same time, plus be in Microsoft office and it still runs smoothly. Have not had any issues with it at all.
