Really love this laptop! Purchased for grad school and it has worked beautifully. I am not technologically savvy and it has been very easy to use.

Very nice computer, went in looking at Apple, nothing was available, this ended up having even more memory etc than comparable priced apple computer.

Good for Business, Great Graphics, Fast. Would suggest purchasing additional port adapter if you have more than two devices, such as printer, scanner ect

I’m not very techie, but this laptop has been fast and easy to set up. Great screen resolution and love the fingerprint reader. Got a good price too!

I recently purchased the HP envy 360 touch screen 15.6 inch in Natural Silver. The letter "L" key was malfunctioned and I had to send the laptop computer back. That one small key caused so many problems. Best Buy did give me another computer and after 1 month, I am still learning how to use it. I have been using the laptop for virtual conferences and I must say the video and sound is superb, no complaints here. But when I am typing a message and the computer suggests a word and I click the tab to accept the recommended word, it erases. I sent feedback to take care of the problem. The online chat that they have for assistance is Extremely Slow. I waited for over an hour to talk to someone. I decided to end online chat and call and waited almost two hours to talk to someone. I assumed this is because of Covid-19 Pandemic. The computer is great for online Zoom and other virtual conferences. But for the $1,355.00 or so I paid for it, I suggest going with a cheaper brand.

I have mix review for this PC its ok and thing but I can't believe when I try to record something its telling me no mic detected.

Getting use to the new features. Easy to use and install new programs. Just wished I didn’t have to spend more money to have extra USB ports

I really like the slim design of this laptop. It is easy to take with you. I also like that it has fingerprint identification to log into the computer.

Easy to setup and navigate. Had a couple of small issues, but HP support was very patient and helpful. They walked me through using their chat line.
