Not at all happy with how loud and hot this laptop always seems to run. Expecting it to just stop working and have to be replaced soon. None of that was an issue with the laptop that I was replacing with this new one and using in the same office setup. If it weren't for the fact that we're in the middle of a pandemic, I'd be happy to bring it back to Best Buy to talk to someone in person about the laptop's issues and what exchange/repair could be done. (As far as I know, that's not possible with Best Buy. I wasn't allowed in the store when I went by the last time. Better for keeping everyone safe during the pandemic, of course, so I get it and support their store policy.) Following up remotely seems less productive to me, but will give it a try. As it stands now, I wouldn't purchase this laptop again.

Bought this for my daughter who is the 6th grade. She loves it and loves how light weight it is.

I love my HP Envy. I feel that it has very similar qualities as the surface pro without the big price tag.

Well made, light weight, fast and has a beautiful screen. The keyboard is well spaced and has good action.
